At Aspire we offer children's ballet classes following the world renowned Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, starting at age 3 right up to 83 and beyond! We also offer Zumba classes for both children and adults, Pilates classes suitable for all adults and high intensity Strong workout classes for those looking to push  themselves to their limits and beyond.
