The main full size hall now caters for all court sports from basketball, Rugby Tots, and Badminton to casual five a side Soccer, Gymnastics and Karate.
Two first floor mezzanines at either end provide space for a fully equipped elite room and a aerobics/ spin studio. Teams and groups of all ages and abilities are catered for.
Choose any three classes from our timetable each week for 6 weeks . Combine this with nutritional advice and and a personalised programme that you can do along with our range of classes.
Goal specific classes , tried + tested nutritional advice and motivation all provided at the Sportsdome. Sign up in August for 30 euros off the Kick – start package price.
The Sports Dome Elite Room comes fully equipped for team training and challenging fitness classes. We provide the most functional training equipment for groups of all sizes as well as individuals. Try our Sportsdome Bootcamp class to test it for yourself.
