Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend working with Stephen and Aoife enough. Their online content during all the lockdowns have been amazing. Their in person classes really push you while supporting you to do your best. Aoife has been my PT for a few years now, she really gets to know you and work on a plan that suits you, there's no cookie cutter plans, she listens and understands. I couldn't ask for a better person to support me with my health and fitness.
