Fantastic experience: Third class completed today and loved it. Really nice, welcoming staff and great atmosphere!!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Bki Row Ski enough, the class are great and suitable for any fitness level. Yet can be very challenging! In a 45 minute class I can burn between 550-650 kals. All the coaches are fantastic and each bring a unique and positive energy to the class. They are really what makes the difference, its not a "one fits all" class, they really help each person work to their limit.
