Fantastic experience: Great gym facility but I would agree with a previous post, phone use is a problem. It’s not unusual to look at a row of equipment (seated!) with everyone on their phones scrolling or taking calls and believe it or not one member comes armed with a tripod to video his workout…. The onus shouldn’t be on gym users to have to keep moving phone users from equipment - Simply put up signs stating what IS the gyms acceptable phone use. It’s a problem growing legs year on year in gyms. Ps there is no monitoring by your Gym Managers.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for the past 3 months. The gym is well looked after, staff are nice, atmosphere is great. There are a lot of machines and free weights to use. Water refill machine, and cleaning materials on each gym floor available. Toilets and shower facility available also. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym but note there is an increasing number of phone users sitting on machines for inordinate lengths of time on their phones. It would be helpful if notices were introduced to encourage less phone use and more respect for those waiting to use equipment.

Fantastic experience: I have a suggestion. The gym is great, and the equipment is excellent. However, it would be very helpful if you could extend the opening hours on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Negative experience: If you are a member and get clamped parking in the car park, you will have to pay. (Windscreen replaced so original sticker lost). Reception no help. Good luck if that is how you treat paying customers in a competitive environment.

Fantastic experience: Impressive training facilities spread out over two floors. Multiple machines for the same muscles so you don't have to queue. Big changing rooms, the gym is never busy, you're never on top of each other. Dedicated car park. I wished I'd joined sooner!

Fantastic experience: The gym has excellent equipment and facilities. Today, I attended the SPINNING class at 9:30 am and was pleasantly surprised. The instructor is highly qualified and conducted the class flawlessly. He taught cycling techniques to help us avoid injuries and was always attentive to everyone’s movement execution. Additionally, the music selection was amazing, making the class even more motivating. I made sure to give this feedback to the instructor personally.

Fantastic experience: So far so good, equipment is so much better than the gym I used to go to for three times the price and there is no queueing to use the machines. Clean and very well maintained.

Fantastic experience: The gym has recently been revamped. They installed a lot of new machines and redecorated. There's way more types of equipment than before, and at least more than one of each machine. Staff are friendly, prices are cheap. There's a spinning room as well

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for years. Very friendly staff. Cheap membership. Always very clean. Plenty of equipment. I have my different routines on different days and I find I am never waiting to use anything. There can be a bit of a wait at peak times however I believe this to be due to their popularity rather than under equipped. Ample parking in the basement car park and luas basically stops at their door.
