Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Ruth and the team at Enniskerry Physiotherapy more highly. I have a chronic injury in my right knee and set Ruth the impossible task of helping me limp through a marathon. I attended weekly and Ruth worked her magic. I ran the Dublin marathon in a time that I am really proud of, and that genuinely would not have been possible without Ruth. I am now back for my weekly sessions, with two more marathons in the pipeline. I am so grateful that with Ruth’s help, I have been able to achieve a life goal that I thought was off the cards due to injury and that more generally, I am able to get back out for my Saturday morning runs, that I loved and missed so much
