Fantastic experience: Can honestly say that going to Jacqui, Mark and the team in Educogym Ennis has made me love going to the gym. Something I never thought I would say. Would highly recommend if its advice, professionalism and quick sessions you are looking for. No judgement and just trainers who genuinely want the best for you and will help you in any way they can to get you to your desired result.

Fantastic experience: I started with Jacqui in September,the best time and money Iv ever spent on myself.it has made me from body conscious to body confidence.Having to answer to someone and the appointment based gym sessions kept me accountable until I was mentally and physically trained to keep up the training and food plan.Jacqui is so devoted her to job and is so enthusiastic.The more you put in the more you get out of it. I have lost near 2.5stone within 4 months.Iv previously done all the other fad diets and they never worked but I knew within the 1st 2 weeks that this was for me.The warm welcome you receive and the relationship that you build with the team is something you don’t get anywhere else.Educo has so many different plans for so many different people and their needs and wants, if it’s from quick and rapid you want to loose a stone or if it’s slow and steady ,they have a tailored the plan for you. The gym sessions are 20mins and are the bomb.I hate cardio,this suited me perfectly ,some mornings early and other times the late evenings.You’ll feel the burn but then you’ll see it….Every week when I weighed in and was down it kept me motivated to keep going,it’s not all about the scales (jacqui had a hard time of convincing me that) but then the measurements showed how right she was. I’m so confident in recommending Educo because if it’s not working for you it because your not following it correctly,not serious and ur not in the head space to loose the weight/get toned regardless of it been 1 to 5 stone. The only thing you can loose if you do it right it FAT and gain so much more than muscle Xoxox Thank you Jacqui for the new me…..physical and emotionaly

Fantastic experience: Since going to Educogym Ennis I have achieved wight loss and reductions to my measurements that I didn't think were possible. I have lost nearly 4 stone and over 20 inches of my waste.This is down to the motivation guidance and advice from the fantastic staff in Educogy. Following the food plan that the staff give to you goes hand in hand with the training programme. You are always greeted with a friendly smile when you arrive. Dont think about it just do it!!
