Fantastic experience: Cross fit is hard .. but the coaches are great, nice atmosphere, good music and hopefully I'll get better at it.. they have a good selection of memberships so you can pick the one that suits best to your wallet and fitness .

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructors and a great place to get fit. The instructors are very attentive and are always offering advice and suggestions on how to improve your technique. I highly recommend it. The classes are always different and you are constantly learning and improving.

Fantastic experience: Great CrossFit box that has been recently refurbished too! Have completed a few competitions here and they are always well run by the lads who own the place. Solid guys running a great shop! Well worth a drop in if you’re a crossfitter and definitely worth a look if you’re a local looking to get in the best shape of your life! (sorry - this was the only picture of the place I have right now! ♂️)
