Fantastic experience: The gym is excellent. Always clean, friendly staff, great machines and cables, segregated areas and great cardio equipment. Cillian and his staff are always on hand to attend to any issue, always improving the look of the gym and keeping it up to date. Great gym and great value for money. The town is lucky to have it

Negative experience: The staff at Edenderry Fitsquad Gym are genuinely lovely, and Cillian the owner is an absolute gentleman. The atmosphere in the gym itself is great, and it’s a place I enjoy training in. However, the men’s dressing room is quite outdated and unfortunately has visible mould buildup, which makes it feel unhygienic. For a space that’s used daily by members, this really needs attention. This review isn’t meant as a criticism of the people running the gym, but more as honest feedback. With some refurbishment or improved maintenance, this would greatly improve the overall experience.

Sam, we have completed the first phase of our planned upgrades , replacing the entire ceiling with
Medical grade ceiling tiles, pics attached, the changing rooms have been painted and new lockers will be installed next week. New tiles have arrived and
tiling etc will commence on Monday (pics attached) unfortunately our records show that we don’t have a Sam o Connor as a member! And in light of our ongoing works, we would ask you politely to consider updating your review.

Negative experience: The gym is good and the staff is friendly, it is clean as well. The cleanliness in the bathroom, however, is a recurrent problem. More often than not, there is missing soap, the dryer does not work and no tissues, the water is splattering out of the urinal. These issues don't get fixed even after telling the staff numerous times.

Fantastic experience: Good gym considering the size of Edenderry, the staff are lovely and really know their stuff , there's a decent amount of equipment in the gym and a decent amount of benches so your never gonna be waiting long for one , overall great gym.
