Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, great coaches...really enjoyed my workout today

Fantastic experience: Trained here for a year while living in Waterford. You will not meet a nicer group of people. Coaching is absolutely fantastic, the workouts are tough but enjoyable and adaptaple for whatever your skill level is, whether you're brand new to CrossFit or training for years. Honestly devastated to be leaving, but unfortunately no longer living in Waterford!
