Fantastic experience: Took part in a few of Olivia’s Friday classes they have set me up for the weekend of work she’s so attentive can’t believe how much she is involved with us and her personal plans for me have been amazing can’t wait for another.

Positive experience: Great staff, great price, ok equipment (some machines show signs of wear&tear and could use an upgrade). Occasionally, you get groups of teen "gym buddies" who just hog the machines chatting and scrolling, barely using them at all - quite annoying if you're on constrained time (e.g.work break). It gets ABSURDLY warm during the summer, please install a better aircon system!

Negative experience: Probably the worst experience ever. DON'T GIVE THEM YOU DEBIT/CREDIT CARD DETAILS !! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. They took three times in a row in 10 days 37,99 euros from my bank account after my son decided (well in advance and with respect to the rules of the gym) to quit. Funny enough, as soon as i realised the first charge happened, I immediately asked for refund, and they took the money again. And so happened the third time .. it was like a prank. At the moment only 2 out of three illegally charges have been refunded and, after more than one month promises, I haven't received my money back. I had to go to my local Police station to open a conterclaim and now I am scared that, having my debit card details, they will keep on taking money any time they want, as they are so uscrupolous. So, DON'T GIVE THEM TOYR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD DETAILS AND, if possible, avoid these people.

Positive experience: Overall, the gym is quite good. It’s just a pity there’s no hairdryer, it makes it hard to shower if you don’t want to go out with wet hair. The best part is the Thursday Dance Fit class, and in general the staff are very friendly.

Negative experience: I have been requesting a clean water drinking fountain for 3 years. One was put in just before Covid, then removed during the pandemic, and has never been replaced. There is no source for clean water. My suggestions to staff are 'passed along' to the owner. It has been 3 years.

Negative experience: Gym itself is fine albeit a bit limited. The sign up process on their website is shady, they offer 3 options at the start with a per month price and comparing the features but no where does it say the cheapest one is the only one where you have to give a 6 month commitment. You can only find out this information by selecting an option and proceeding. I no longer wish to attend the gym and still need to pay monthly for the next 5 months. The website is set-up to trick you to sign up for a 6 month contract.

Negative experience: Regret of trust them. I change of gym expecting the best of Energie Fitness but they are just terrible. The gym is always mess, they have few machines and dumbbells, they toilets stinks all the time, they don't have air conditioner so you can imagine when is busy, and the sell false advertising saying that if you join by a friend or recommend a friend they give you a gift card. Summary, it's terrible.

Positive experience: The gym itself is fully equipped. Everything you need for hypertrophy training and the staff are very friendly especially Fionn. Although during peak hours because there is only 1 of every machine it tends to be very full. I had to wait 20 minutes for a bench and 25 for the leg extension. That being said during low traffic hours the gym is solid!

Staff members are fantastic with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. I would have given 5 stars, however there is a very limited space for the changing / shower which could be improved. Otherwise I am happy to continue to attend the gym.

Girls at the reception have such an attitude. Told to come later as the "internet was not working". Had a terrible experience and never going back.

Negative experience: After waiting several days for a response when I tried to cancel my membership at the gym, I was informed that I had to pay €34.99 first. Be cautious when reading this gym's terms and conditions. And the staff is very RUDE.

Positive experience: Excellent kettlebell class last night. Pleasantly sore and energized. I tried to fool myself a home workout is fine.. Last night was a good reminder they don't compare with a live class.. together is always better!

Negative experience: I had to phone up today was double charged once last Monday then again this Monday was charged the 31.99 then the next week 37.99 rang up to get it sorted ur man tells me to send a screenshot of my personal bank transactions could not take one due to security rang again and I told him if its in my bank transactions how cone u can't see u took it then he tells me ill be refunded in 5 working days so double charged and overcharged at the same time

Negative experience: i ' m Happy to going there since long time. Lately they are trying to improve quality of the gym, also staffs really nice. but; it would be really nice if you can change the air conditioner at second floor as its to small for there. + some of the weight needs to be doubled (10, 12, 14kg)

Negative experience: I contacted the gym to cancel and after waiting several days for a response I was told I needed to pay for 2 months before canceling. Be careful with the terms and conditions of this gym.

Negative experience: Not friendly staff AT ALL! Someone built my work out, showed me and said if I have any question about doing the exercises, check youtube. What the h*ll Check youtube? For real? No water. You have to bring it from home. No way to refill it. Very small gym but expensive. Others gym around the area is cheaper and offers a better atmosphere I regret to join this gym.

Negative experience: The gym itself is good, machines are great, however, the classes never happen! In the morning never ever happen! They have a policy that only if there’s 3 people for the class it goes ahead, this is not great. If I’m there, I’ve booked the class and you have allocated an instructor, give the class! Showers are really dirty, I’ve had showers in there in the AM and PM, different days of the week, it’s always filthy, they need to step up their game when it comes to cleanness if they want to offer that facility, I know some people don’t care and will leave behind filth and the gym has no power over that, but it needs to be cleaned more often. Some of the attitude of the instructors is just bad, it’s like they don’t want to help with the classes, they are so fast in saying a class will not happen even before checking if there’s people waiting for it. It has happened to me more than I’d like to admit. It’s a good gym, but there’s ways to improve and they should, specially in training and development for the staff, they need mentoring and coaching when it comes to dealing with costumers, don’t get me wrong, costumers are not always right, and I’ve put people back in their places myself, but, a bad attitude when it comes to having a class that’s scheduled and booked, not an excuse.

Positive experience: Really good gym with lots of weight and staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the smell coming for the toilets is absolutely horrendous as you go up the stairs. It seems to be a consistent thing.

Negative experience: Gym is small. You might need to wait for others to use the equipment. After cancelling your membership with a month notice don't forget to cancel your direct debit otherwise they will again try to charge you even though you did cancel with a month notice.

Positive experience: It would be great if there was some abduction machine. It has gotten a lot of new machinery since I last joined.

Positive experience: Very small closed gym, even the changing rooms and bathrooms are small. Not suitable for powerlifting, no platforms so all squatting and deadlifting is on the barefloor, barely even suitable for bodybuilding with the very limited amount of equipments with rusty rubber torn outdated dumbells, and tight spaces. Toilets and changing room always wet and dirty. Only plus is that they have some nice staff and some is like two of them, the rest are just inattentive, been a new online member for a week or two and entered the gym numerous times without them checking ( which I like tbh as they are not bothering me). Only go here cause I don't have a car for gyms I prefer. This gym should be like a last resort especially for how much you pay. The app alone is better than the gym itself

Positive experience: The owner called me after I've put my review below, so great feedback!!! He took actions against all complains so I'm editing my review to 3 star and once the issues are fixed I can then change it to 5 star :) There's actually a couple of reasons... 1. There's only one 45° Leg Press and 1 Leg Press, so they are always busy 2. There are 2 equipments to pull strings from above that Nobody uses while there's not a single Aductor/Abductor leg equipment. 3. When something breaks it take weeks to fix 4. There's no cushion for barbell squat, so my wife can't use due the pain the bar cause on her back, I recommend buying 1 per bar. 5. The suggestions box doesn't have paper or pen so we can complain 6. Air circulation is poor and sometimes air conditioning is off 7. There are only 2 10s, 2 5s and 2 7.5s weights which are the MOST used ones, while there's 3 35s which only Hulk uses. Can never get an available weight on busy hours 8. There aren't any ankle weights

Fantastic experience: I started this gym back in January 2020. It is a great gym, there are a variety of weights and cardio machines to choose from. The best part I like is their own group classes they provide for every gym member they are so good, especially the trainers that take the class are so motivational. The trainers their are always polite, kind and always saying hello and even waving bye when I leave. Those little gestures always make my day at the gym. Definitly worth signing up also great prices for the memberships available

Negative experience: Point blank refuse to deal with any cancellations and will drag you around in circles while still taking money constantly out of your account. Constant emails asking for 5* reviews on google so do not be surprised if it looks good (on paper) here.

Negative experience: I have already used many gyms and talked to many employees and unfortunately I have to admit that this one is in last place. I do not know if the manager / owner has changed but employees are not helpful at all .. I only went to this gym because it was close to home but unfortunately after a few situations I have to change to a new one. The gym since I go there it stinks, the bathrooms are old, they use a strong smell to 'hide it' but it's even worse.It is very dirty (especially under the weights at the bottom of the room and the diffuser that is hung on the wall by the running tracks - it has about 2 cm of dust and cobwebs so it is not cleaned every day. Until recently, I recommended this place to friends because there was one employee who cared about this place .. I have not seen him recently so I suppose he left this place.. a friend told me that she asked for help, and one of the employee said that she was not for it .. if the employee does not want to help his client then why does he work in this place?! .. another thing is the hour limit .. the gym has introduced a limit that you can only stay at the gym for an hour .. the problem is that there is no room at the gym because it is very small and you have to wait for a machine for 10 minutes .. it is still impossible to do training because there are no free machines .. nobody is able to do a few exercises in an hour .. then an employee will come to you and say that your hour is over .. You should be able to go back to the gym in the evening and finish your training. When I signed up to your gym, there were no time limits, either change the price or let your clients do a normal training ..the distance is not kept, no one even checks it. After these few years I have to find another gym.. very disappointed.

Negative experience: You think that no contract and hassle free means you can actually cancel your membership anytime without any problems? Or that very important to know terms and conditions put somewhere where is very unlikely to look is a thing of the past? Energie Fitness is here to prove you wrong!! Having to give a month notice prior to giving up your hassle free membership...(the same duration as employers or tenants need to provide for leaving their job/house)..for no apparent reason and doing so by a condition which is purposefully hidden behind terms that don t mean anything...is the definition of a “hassle”. Also if you think closing time at 10 means that you won t be bothered by constant mingling of office staff trying to vacuum at 9 30 or that the music won t stop 30 minutes before basically forcing you out...you re in for another surprise! They should replace hassle free with surprise full. Might have a better ring to it and it won t be deceiving! PS. That others are also deceiving is not an argument for doing so. Even so, when I started my membership, I chose this gym over at least two others because the others were asking for a minimum of 2 months specifically while this gym was advertising as hassle free and no contract. That was the only reason I chose this, because I only needed 1 month Ps2. I appreciate the fact that you changed your advertising now to exclude the deceiving words. Hence I will upgrade my rating to 2 stars

Positive experience: When you join the gym by paying online it takes 10 days for them to process you payment and you start using it! It is crazy that a purchase online can take 10 days!! They need to innovate their system ASAP, we are in 2020! Frustrating

Positive experience: Went to this gym for about a year, Great staff, Nice and clean gym, Only downside is the size and a major pet hate of mine is waiting to use equipment/weights ETC, And I experienced this on both off and peak times.

Negative experience: First they don't accept cash, visa or revolut... only Irish bank accounts so I couldn't sign up. Next time I came I waited for 10 minutes like a monkey on reception and no one showed up... Never going there again

Positive experience: I went there on a free day pass. It is not a bad place at all . I enjoyed the workout. Only complaint is the showers need a makeover. They look desperate.

Negative experience: Not horrible gym but quite small. Too litle equipment and broken ones. Even at quiet times you have to queue. No windows so it gets very smelly, and it's very very dirty.

Positive experience: Nice little gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to know their stuff. The place isn't huge and is split into two. You have to go downstairs to use the free weights. This is a minor inconvenience and to be honest some people feel intimated by big guys doing heavy weights. Upstairs in the main area they have at least one piece of equipment to exercise each part of the body. This is good quality equipment and is well maintained. Because of this the equipment is comfortable to use. Obviously you will find the usual cardio equipment like bikes, crosstrainers, treadmill etc. Charging areas are clean and well maintained. The only cons relate to the size of the place. It's a little small so they ha no room for sauna, steam room. Due to the size there can be a queue at peak times to use the equipment. Overall one of better gyms in the area
