Fantastic experience: I joined Fianna coming up three years ago, I needed a kickstart into getting back into a fitness routine. The programs are well structured and after a 6 or 12 week block the change is evident. From between how you feel and the numbers you've added to your PBs depending on what the exercise is. It's been a complete joy - from the classes, to the help from the coaches, to the social aspect with the people I've met along the way.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Fianna for the last few weeks and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. I was new to hyrox and CrossFit classes, but the coaches and members made it so easy to settle in. The staff are super friendly, encouraging, and always happy to help with form or technique. The gym itself has top-quality equipment and great facilities. Whether you're just starting out or more experienced, it’s a brilliant environment to train in!

Fantastic experience: Fianna is honestly hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a genuine community. The atmosphere is incredible and motivating, and the coaches are top-tier. They really motivate you to try your best. The mix of Hyrox, CrossFit, and strength training is ideal if you’re into high-performance fitness, and the recovery area is such a bonus after a tough session. I’ve made great friends here, pushed myself further than I thought possible, and always look forward to walking through the doors. Fianna is the kind of place that makes you want to show up and train your best.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at yoga this morning. I was the only one there and Gio was amazing. She was supportive, knowledgeable and her class was so complete. There was breath work, flowing movements and challenging poses. I’ll be back for sure.

Negative experience: Staff are friendly but it’s overpriced for the lack of gym equipment. €30 for a day pass with machines being broken is not good form.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and super friendly team. I’ve tried Fianna when it opened initially and will be joining this week. Facilities and equipment are high end and the staff are helpful and good craic. Technogym equipment is stellar and it’s one of the best fitness clubs in Dublin.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend STRONG/Fianna enough, as someone who has joined multiple gyms throughout my life and never stuck to one, this one is definitely one that’s inclusive for all levels! As someone who doesn’t necessarily love gymming and has always felt intimidated attending classes, I have stayed consistent since joining STRONG for multiple reasons, the atmosphere when you walk in - the coaches are phenomenal and so friendly, the classes are amazing and they change constantly so you’re never bored but also the social events which make the gym so inclusive whether you’re a gym bunny or just there to feel a bit better about yourself. Whilst it’s pricey it is for sure an investment in yourself!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fianna back in September 2024 and I’ve loved it ever since. From the moment I walked in I was so impressed with everything - top class facilities, incredible staff and a welcoming community. The atmosphere is unmatched and the classes are not only fun but also cater to any fitness level/ goal so everyone can get involved. They have everything you could need and for recovery too! A huge shoutout to Emma, Jay, Grant and Elena for making the gym such a special place. The energy, support and passion make every session better. Couldn’t recommend Fianna more

Negative experience: I have been a big fan of the strong class at this gym until today where I felt really discriminated against as an Elm Park resident or brown person or both, where Emma at the reception couldn't find my booking via the elm Park app when I reached at 5:30 for a 5:30 class. Then she refused to let me attend the class stating that Elm Park residents need to reach 15 mins early for the class if they would like to attend. I regularly book this class through class pass and never faced this before. I might have to take up a more formal complaint about discrimination with this establishment, but that's for another day. For now, as a resident and a home owner in the community that welcomed this gym with open arms when they moved here, I encourage fellow residents to question their ways if they are also treated poorly like me.

Fantastic experience: Having been in this gym for just over two months now, I can’t speak highly enough on how welcoming all the staff are, beginner or expert. All the team are extremely knowledgeable and can help you with any movements you need in a workout be that tips or adaptations. The facility’s are top notice too, all of the equipment is modern and very well maintained, with no shortage either. Also having a sauna and a coffee after a workout is ace!

Fantastic experience: The facilities, quality of class, staff all 10/10. Best gym in Dublin. I don’t know anywhere else that puts on a monthly free event for their community to get to know eachother and socialise. Grant, Elena, Emma-Kate & Jaydin are all lovely people and insanely talented at what they do. Sauna & changing rooms also feel like a 5-star hotel. Highly recommend ✨✨

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Fianna for just over 4 months now. The gym has so many different classes available for endurance and multiple other elements of training. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. The recovery areas like the sauna and ice baths and top class.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fianna for over 10 years and every year it gets better and better. Coaching is world class and the gym itself keeps improving on a daily basis. More class offerings, better equipment and excellent recovery options. Grant and Elena have become great friends and bring such a sense of community to the gym over the last decade.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share the view from the sauna! While the facilities in this gym are truly amazing, the main appeal for me has been the atmosphere. Grant and Elena have created a really friendly and welcoming gym. They are constantly working to improve our experience and to help us reach our goals. New ways and methods of training are always being considered and the variety of options offered is fantastic. The latest addition is yoga. The trainers, Emma Kate and Jaydin, are second to none. Classes are both challenging and motivating. I cannot rate this gym highly enough

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym in a great location, Fianna has a wide range of classes and next level coaching within. I have been a member for just over 3 years and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Great recovery services including sauna, ice bath, compression boots and a treatment room. Top of the range equipment would highly recommend for anyone!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have been to so far, there is a great buzz about the place, the atmosphere is very friendly and nice. The CrossFit classes are great. Jaydin and Emma Kate are amazing coaches, very motivating and helpfull. The gym is rarely packed, so machines are always available.

Fantastic experience: From someone who has been in hundreds of gyms (F45s, small group PT, flyfit etc.) this is by far the best. Not only have they created a wholesome friendly community, the offering in the club is incredible. Huge variety of gym classes, space to do your own gym work along with the recovery space and of course a coffee dock for after. I had never tried CrossFit before and thought I would gravitate more to the other classes but the trainers were so approachable and thorough with the technique that helped me build my confidence and now I’m a daily crossfitter!! Genuinely couldn’t recommend the gym any more!

Fantastic experience: Fianna is stand alone when it comes to facilities, cleanliness and dedication from their team. A sense of community and teamwork are often used as marketing by gyms, but these values genuinely shine through here. I've recently joined their Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes. Loving the experience so far. The coach Jack Sheridan is next level. A huge thanks to every single one of the staff at Fianna for providing an incredible experience the second you walk in.

Positive experience: Friendly gym with good pts. Classes are a great but are quite expensive. Has a solid selection of equipment and machines however a lot of the platform areas are damage along with the certain parts of the floor. Would also recommend headphones as the gym music can be horrible. Overall a good gym that could be great with a few changes. Update: Most problems would appear to be fixed with the opening of the new gym which I will be very excited for. - I'm also a fan of both Taylor Swift and ACDC so if you can play them in the gym that would be fantastic ;)

Fantastic experience: Great place to create your healthy lifestyle! The gym itself is a top notch facility, with brand new and high quality equipment. Crossfit classes are really good, great coaches to challenge you, but at the same time all levels are welcome and you can adjust the class to your real level. Also, I would like to endorse the nutrition program with Dr Elena. I have been attending for months and so far is been an incredible experience. The program foundation is based in create healthy habits with your food intake, and not diets or stuff that you can't accomplish. I will recommend everyone both gym and nutrition program, it is totally worth the money and time. Hope it helps!!

Fantastic experience: Fianna went out of their way to make me feel welcome and show me the ropes. I hadn't ever used a gym so did three introductory classes with Emma-Kate who is passionate about her work and so enthusiastic. Elena gives me a big smile and always comes over to see how I am getting on. Grant was so encouraging when I mentioned my age and the fact I hadn't used a gym before so I never feel self-conscious. The gym is open early which suits people off to work and again closes late. Go on... you won't regret joining.

Fantastic experience: A great place to train with an awesome community. The gym offers so much, I have recently been trying some of their services ; I found the Fianna nutrition programme really helped me up my game in the kitchen. Following a gradual habit building approach the small goals I set on a monthly basis stuck and I found I became very consistent with the positive changes I made. I was lucky enough to work with both Aoife and Elena, they are both amazing coaches and really positive people to have in your corner. They had great knowledge and helped provide that bit of extra accountability I felt I needed. The resources they use on the programme are also really good from an educational perspective around nutrition and it can definitely cater for all - someone trying to take their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle to high performance athlete. I have also tried the Brazilian jiu jitsu classes, which are incredibly fun and a great addition to the gym. The facility is definitely operating at a level above any other gym I’ve been to

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Fianna for nearly a year, coaches are amazing along with the facilities. I've recently started with Elena's nutrition program, since then my performance in the gym classes has increased massively. She's very knowledgeable, holds you accountable and constantly checks in to see if anything needs changing. Looking forward to continuing the program with her! Couldn't recommend the gym and Elena enough!

Fantastic experience: I found the nutrition programme with Elana great. She was approachable and super encouraging. The programme was all about habit based nutrition to support long health and fitness. The app, meals and all of the supporting material for the programme were easy to follow and you'll find yourself re-visiting them even after the programme ends.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fianna in January 2023 for CrossFit, having previously done CrossFit in USA and Ireland. I highly recommend to anyone looking for CrossFit and / or standard gym. My experience thus far has been overwhelming positive. Staff: welcoming, professional, motivating and competent. Facilities: modern, top brand equipment, clean, well organised. Programming: excellent, well planned, challenging. Members/atmosphere: supportive, friendly, positive. Overall great gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fianna with my brother in summer 2022 and cant speak highly enough of the gym. The equipment is fantastic and the gym is never to busy even at peak times. I started doing strength and condition classes in the gym at the start of this year. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and very supportive which encourages you to push yourself. The gym also has a nutritionist called Elena. I started working with Elena in march of this year and I could not be happier with my results. Elena is extremely knowledgeable in this field and very supportive in what you want to achieve. She puts accountability on her clients in order to achieve there goals, while also checking in regularly incase foods need to be changed up. I can't recommend her nutrition program enough and if your someone who needs guidance on what you should be eating, I'd 100% go to her.

Positive experience: I really like this gym and out of the ones I have tried in Dublin, it is my favourite so far. The things I like: 1) Not too busy (for now lol) 2) Lots of high quality equipment 3) Very bright inside with natural light coming through all the windows. Some other gyms in Dublin are in the basement/garden flat so there is not much light entering. 3) Music isn't overly loud where you can't hear your own. 4) Cross fit work outs (I haven't attended yet but they look good) Things that I wish it had: 1) Open space for stretching, band or kettle bell work outs. These items are available in the gym but there is not open space for those activities. The open space next door is often used for classes and sometimes the classes take that space plus the primary gym floor space too. 2) Sauna 3) Mirrors. This is probably intentional but mirrors help a lot with form for lifting free-weights. 4) More classes than cross-fit. I believe there were Yoga classes but they have been paused for now. Overall, great gym. I am looking forward to Fianna 4.0

They have years of experience in the game and I always opt to train here when Im in the area. Both the atmosphere and equipment available to members are top tier. Would highly advise joining the Fianna family and I think big things are in store for this facility!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely top class gym! Classes are excellent, lead by great trainers/coaches they motivate you to get the most out of your session, I gave more than 100% in the classes because of these coaches. They are willing and happy to answer any and all of your exercise/fitness questions, they demonstrate all the moves and talk you through them. The equipment is very modern and of high quality, I love the icecold H20 tap thats available. Owner Grand is an absolute gentleman leads by example and really cares about his members. I thoroughly enjoyed working out in Fianna Gyms.
