Fantastic experience: This is my second week at Raw, and I already love this gym! It’s very clean, the equipment is new and works well, and the staff is super friendly. The bathrooms are always clean, which I really like. I also like that they give you wet towels to clean the machines after using them very thoughtful! I want to thank the lady who gave me the tour on my first day. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. She made me feel welcome. The gym has a great vibe and a lot of positive energy. If you’re looking for a clean and friendly gym, I really recommend Raw!

Negative experience: Decent gym equipment. But the gym is underground with no natural light and poor ventilation. Maybe they’ve fixed this since the last time I was here, but you can smell the toilets from gym floor which is pretty unpleasant. Showers are also very poor. Other than that it’s a perfectly fine gym

Negative experience: **Proceed with caution to this gym** Raw Gyms apply some very unethical and sneaky tactics to take more money from their customers. The Gym increased their subscription fee from €59 to €65 per month. This adjustment was made without any prior notice or consent. The notification of the price hike was buried in a lengthy promotional email (sent from a different email than they usually use just to make things a bit more confusing for the customer) to give an idea of how buried this notification was when viewing the email in a phone you would have to read over 70 lines of text and pass over 2 images to get to the information about the price increase. Not only that but this email was sent in December before the holidays which feels like a tactic to catch people out. I unfortunately was also charged nearly 2 years subscription without ever entering the gym (when I changed cards I assumed they couldn’t keep taking money from me but they were able to get my new card info from my bank instead of asking me for it). (I assume they didn’t want to alarm me to the fact they were casually taking €65 from me every month) **If you do decide to go with this gym keep a very close eye on what is coming out of your bank**

Fantastic experience: This just is a great atmosphere! Bill assisted me with the membership process very helpful and informative. I had the pleasure from there to get a welcome call to the club which made me feel like family. Kass became my personal trainer constantly pushing me to be the best version of myself. Karl was a great manager as well always was there when I had any questions about equipment personal trainers even training tips!!! Join this gym!

Negative experience: The showers were supposed to be out of service for 2 weeks. The reopening date has been pushed forward for weeks, and now after more than 40 days the showers are still out of order. Communication by the management was only given in bits and pieces, and all of us customers have still been charged with the FULL MEMBERSHIP throughout this whole time. When I asked for a partial refund for a service that I kept paying for but I could not use, I was treated as a nuisance. I find this unacceptable and I discourage prospective members from joining this gym EDIT: as ultimate result of my complaint, the management cancelled my membership, effective immediately. Disgraceful

Negative experience: A bit disappointed by the non commercial attitude of this gym. Mens’s showers and Sauna are out of order for more than 1 month and still have to pay a full subscription to this gym already more expensive than others around. No commercial discount ! The only answer just use the only shower in the toilet of disable people !

Negative experience: I have been a member of raw gyms for about 7 months. It is a very spacious gym with well maintained equipment however the male changing room showers and sauna have been closed for the past 2 months. Members have been given no updates as to when they will be back open. The lack of urgency in addressing this issue is not acceptable. Raw gym members pay a high monthly fee thus should expect higher standards.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Raw Donnybrook for over a year and thoroughly enjoy my workouts here. The team on the desk are always friendly and helpful and the equipment is top notch. The ample space ensures no overcrowding and the place always has a good vibe.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym! The cleanest gym I ever been in Dublin, and this was a key factor for choosing this place. There is cleaning wipes available of each area of the gym, so you can clean your seat after using it. Maintenance in general is pretty good, if a machine gets broken, they manage to get it fixed asap. Plenty of classes available every day and the trainer helps you a lot, so don’t worry or be shy if you are a beginner. The gym never gets too crowded, which is AWSOME and makes it very unique and special. I’ve been part of the gym for about 3-4 months and I am loving it :) great job guys.

Fantastic experience: Great to be back and trainng in what has to be one of the coolest gyms for value and quality of instructors. Both Donnybrook and Sandyford look fantastic and are kitted out for all levels and types of fitness. Plenty of space ensures safety and cleanliness with members cleaning equipment before and after use. I'm totally smitten with these clubs and the member events create a great sense of camaraderie.

Fantastic experience: With all the equipment you could need for a great workout, Raw provides a fantastic environment to achieve all your fitness goals. As well as that, the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially at reception! Raw also offers a wide range of personal trainer packages. After signing up for several of these training packages, I found each session to be fun and educational, and in the end I surpassed all my goals I had set with the trainer at the beginning. The gym is kept pristine condition and very well organised. Finally, Raw is not just a place to workout: there really is a great sense of community contributed to by both members and staff. It’s always a bit of laugh to go workout here. I’d highly recommended this gym!

Fantastic experience: I just recently joined this gym as my PT is a staff here and I am loving it! The staff are great, the classes are very intense and the instructors are very professional and motivating. The gym is clean, organised and has a very private feeling. For me, it ticks all the boxes of a premium gym. I love my "me time" here, couldn't recommend it more.

The classes are intense and the trainers are all really enthusiastic and encouraging! There is plenty of equipment and the 10 free personal training sessions are another great perk!

Fantastic experience: Raw gyms is the best gym I’ve been in Dublin yet. I’ve tried 3 other gyms and none of them had the same quality of equipments, space, friendly staff and good environment as Raw. The trendy lighting are so cool and the “club” like vibe helps you to enjoy your workout. I personally like that much more than the super bright hospital like lighting that some other gyms have. They also have tons os classes for every taste. I would recommend to anyone that is in doubt if they should join them. It is really worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: I've tried out most of the gym options in Dublin and without a doubt RAW is my favourite experience so far. From the huge amount of space and equipment meaning you never end up waiting around or feeling crowded, to the very friendly and helpful staff who would always be up for a chat. It's even got the air-conditioning down. I joined up during the opening period mid-pandemic over the Summer, and the measures to keep equipment sanitised and avoid risks were very impressive, and a lot of thought and care is clearly put into the running of the place and keeping the members as well looked after as possible. Can't wait to get back in when it's possible.

Fantastic experience: Raw Donnybrook is my favorite gym in Dublin, having previously been a member of ones in Leopardstown, Sandymount and the City Centre. The gym itself is very modern, clean and spacious, even before Covid restrictions came into place the gym floor was always very open and you rarely had to wait to use something due to the number of different equipment in the gym. I personally really like the layout of the gym and how the areas are separated across 2 floors - cardio and machines on one floor and free weights on the other. The staff are also very friendly too and I would happily recommend this gym to anyone regardless of what their fitness goals are as I feel it has everything you would need.

I really appreciate their behaviour during those unprecedented times so I want to contribute however I can to the new normality. "First of all, good news you guys are opening back next week! So excited honestly!! Secondly, I wanna encourage and congratulate you for the way you've dealt the pandemic status with your members, giving constant updates, canceling fees, offering alternative programs and giving health calls to your people. It has been impressive so I wanted to tell you so. Just to inform you, I was about to stop the subscription with your gym but after how you've managed this situation I want to give you guys a "second chance" and stay working out in your facilities. In addition, I wanted to ask you to extend my subscription for both gyms. I was only registered for the one in Sandyford but I would also like to go to the one in Donnybrook. Where do I apply for that? Go ahead sending me the documentation if I need to sign something online. Finally, I would like to propose you guys to please charge me (and those members who might wanna join the initiative) for this month of June, regarding if we are able to start training during this month or not. I would like to contribute to the process to back to normality the smoothest possible way. I wish we guys paying, at least, this monthly fee would help you with your expenses, which I assume it hasn't been easy to stand during these months. Cheers"

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym in Donnybrook with amazing equipment, exceptional COVID-19 measures in place and friendly staff. Big shout out to Fin for pushing me to my limits, John for getting me going, Natalia for the chats and all the staff there really. You're all lovely bunch. October 21st 2020 will be a hard one with a 6 week closure. I'll miss going but I look forward to the return and wish all staff and members well. .

Fantastic experience: Quality equipment. Hex bar Deadlift is my favourite leg movement, but unfortunately when I joined they didn't have a hex bar. I brought this up with management and they actually went and ordered one online. That's top customer service, they really went the extra mile!

Nice boxing bag area at the back on floor -2. Friendly staff members at reception. Two big fully set up studios, with one dedicated spin studio. Changing rooms are unreal: hairdryers, straighteners, sauna, large lockers. Highly recommend.
