Fantastic experience: Great !!

Negative experience: In general I enjoy my experience however, I arrived at the centre today to discover the pool was closed and will be for a few days for maintenance. On enquiring why there was no notification I was told its on Facebook. I'm not on Facebook, nor do I wish to be on Facebook. Having paid a yearly subscription to the fitness centre I would expect that notification would be put on the app. Or as we have to give a phone number and email, why in the era of online communication is it beyond the management intelligence to at least send a text or email to their clientlist, I am beyond angry and questioning whether to renew my subscription.

Fantastic experience: 5-Star Review I’m so glad I joined this gym! The facilities are top-notch—the gym is well-equipped, the pool is clean and refreshing, and the sauna and steam are the perfect way to relax. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. On top of that, the joining fees are very reasonable, making it an all-around fantastic choice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to work out and unwind!

Positive experience: Basen ,który większości czasu jest zajęty przez różnego rodzaju szkółki ,nie można swobodnie popływać ( między 16-19) nie wiem jak jest w innych godzinach. Siłownia słabo rozbudowa.

Fantastic experience: Best place for swimming, cheap price for 4 hours

Negative experience: I was a member at Inspire Fitness Centre and, unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience regarding the cancellation of my membership. I went in person on April 24th to cancel, which coincided with the automatic charge for the next month. I wasn’t planning to continue my attendance into May, and I hadn’t used the facilities since. Despite explaining my situation clearly and respectfully, I was told that due to the 30-day notice policy, I had to pay for May even though I canceled on the same day the payment was taken—and despite not being informed clearly about that condition when I signed up. I was under the impression I was only committing to the initial 3-month plan, and that any continuation would be my choice, not automatic. While I understand that policies exist, I feel there was a lack of flexibility and customer care, especially since I canceled before using the next billing cycle. A bit of understanding goes a long way—and unfortunately, I didn’t feel that here. I’m sharing this so others are more aware of the terms and can make an informed decision.

Negative experience: Went on a Sunday…hadn’t been able to go swimming due to a surgery for ages. It was busy, couldn’t get near the sauna. Full/packed every time I tried. Wasn’t mad about the mixed changing area…, looking for a gym/pool to join. This wasn’t it ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Great ameanity well equipped gym and great swimming pool

Positive experience: It’s an okay gym. I’m lucky to live nearby, but unfortunately, I can’t stand evenings as it is always packed. This would be normal in other gyms, but as this gym doesn't have any off-peak discount and apparently no age restrictions, big groups of friends like to go there and watch each other do the same machine for one hour. Which is ridiculous rude. The ladies area are not respected by other men in the gym, they often go in and take weights away even tho their sections of weights are massive. The layout of the gym doesn't help either, as there is no space for stretching. These are all issues about the customers, staff are usually very friendly, but they should intervene more often if customers are doing these type of thing. I'm not even going to mention the cleaning, which is a joke honestly, the sprays are pure water, and I try to not think much about it and always cover all my skin bc god knows what I am touching A lot of improvements to be made, but big congrats for inclusive environment is created with the deaf village

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with excellent staff. The equipment all works well and you have everything. There is always staff cleaning but people tend to forget that there are 100s of people using this place all day long, it's going to be a little messy at busy times. As one area is cleaned, new people come in and mess it up. However, it couod do with a deep clean in some areas once a month, the regular staff can only do so much. Sometimes the steam room or sauna will break but again, with hundreds of people using them daily, and kids throwing water on, things will malfunction. For the price, it ss still the best around. Busy times are a pain but that's the same in all gyms. Some people are never happy, this place is great and I would not change to another gym. Staff are all amazing and I personally know some of the people that complained below, and they will complain about anything. Thank you to all at inspire, you all do a great job!

Negative experience: Turn down the music in the gym. Way too loud. Nobody is listening to it anyway. Everyone has personal headphones. This place badly needs someone in charge.

Negative experience: The staff in my opinion are amazing. Never had a problem with them and to be honest they are quite respectful and helpful. Other things such as cleanliness and outdated equipment are big problems but it doesn't bother me as much as the price increases! I attended this gym last year for €45 a month which was definitely worth it and decided to try some other gyms in my area. When coming back to this gym the price went from €45 to €70. I was thinking with that sort of price there'd be major improvements, But not at all.

Negative experience: What can I say about the gym... it has all the makings of a great gym, but it's very disorganized. When I went to fill in the details to start at the academy, I had taken my school voucher, leap card, visa, etc.... And I was charged the full amount, 55 euros, and on the contract the proof of payment was 45 euros. I went to the gym on Saturday 21-09-2024, and a teenage girl at reception came to see me. I explained that I should get the 20 euros back and she started shouting, talking fast. Another member of staff from the gym even came and calmly talked to me and said that she didn't have the autonomy to make the payment. I thanked her and was very indignant at the way I was treated by the teenager at reception. There was a time when she said she wasn't going to talk to me any more, she kept laughing and making fun of me while I tried to explain myself. It was the worst experience for me.

Negative experience: Inspire Fitness..... Hmmmmm! I went here with my niece just to try it out as I was in dublin for a few days, it was the first time I was there and it will most certainly be the last time. I Mostly try a place once and if I don't like it I won't go back Mostly. The only thing that I felt inspired to do after training here was to go and have a tetnus shot and it also inspired me to be very weary of where I sit down. The place needs a renovation. How can a fitness center have toilets that are so dirty? My niece has also told me that none of the doors are working in the female toilets and all the toilet seats are broken. The walls and the floors and filthy dirty I think the words scummy and crusty would suit better. It is not ok for this kind of dirt to he visible in a place where you are washing your sweat off and trying to freshen up after a workout, you would be better off just going how and showering at home as it is more hygienic to do so. My niece has told me they have put the prices up by almost €10 so it they are charging more they should be investing the money into the premises don't you think? Anyway do yourself a favour and look for a clean and cheaper option. Thumbs down for me. Thanks to the facility for the inspiration to write this review, they certainly haven't inspired me to train there again and that's for sure.

Positive experience: Swimming pool , showers and changing rooms ARE dirty indeed Ie tiles on walls and floor and doors , some door cubicles won't lock , hairdryer won't work . vents in swimming pool dirty and litter ie plasters hairbands always in pool days later , sometimes there is a bad smell in swimming lane 1 . Problems with steam room most times when using not heating up .

Negative experience: First time here, first impressions …. The place is Absoulty filthy. Every changing cubical I went into was dirty. That dirt is there a while !!!!

Positive experience: Great location for training, swimming (pool), soccer (astro, normal playgrounds), classes etc. Price is affordable. Staff can be more friendly (like its just not a job...Feeling i get sometimes...). Gym staff are very knowledgeable and will guide you to proper training when asked.

Fantastic experience: Visiting this gym is an occasion not a chore. Wonderful facility, great staff. Love that its located at the deaf village. A very inclusive place giving us the experience of mixing with people we wouldn't normally get the chance to.

Fantastic experience: Does the job for a local gym. Has plenty of Cardio equipment, and 4 barbells which are 20kg. I don't know why people say 'it's always busy', it's only ever quite hectic on a Monday evening from about 17:30-19:00 & a Tuesday at the same time. Even then, people are more than willing to share the equipment if you really need it. Every gym in the city will be busy after regular employment hours. There's a pool as well, if you fancy a swim. I don't use it though, I'd drown.
