Fantastic experience: Recently I had my third appointment with Justin. I do a lot of training (long distances running and Triathlons) I came to Justin as I thought my muscles were stiff and I was getting injured very often (lower back, hip and calves). I came to him for a sport massage but since the very first time he looked for the origin of the pain: my body posture. My right hip its higher than the left one. That is causing torsions on my body and force some muscles to work harder as other ones are not doing their job. After a couple sessions working on my posture, my breathing and strenght I got more conscious of my muscles, how just little adjustments can make a hugh difference between feel the muscles have been working and feel pain in them, injured and having to stop your training. I barely feel pain driving down from my hip to my feet. Today it was the first time in weeks I didn't feel pain at all wen I got out from bed and putted my feet on the floor. I highly recomend Justin, he is very proffesional and dedicated with his clients, more than you expect. For sure I will keep working with him to improve my performance. Thanks a mil Just!
