Fantastic experience: Good swimming lesson friendly teacher Clear pool staff are great nice and friendly

Fantastic experience: The gym was completely overhauled in December. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Pathetic gym, pathetic pool. Worst cleaning service. Treadmills, rowing machines and other equipment are always broken. Gym smells like food, some kitchen vent opens up in the gym, good that you know whats on dinner for guests tonight Mats are worn out ages ago, they still have it for use . Do not waste your time and money there. Water flooded all around the changing rooms. Smaller facilities higher rates. Avoid. No pedestrians entrance, you have to use same gate as vehicles that is a safety issue.

Negative experience: Met with 2 fairly rude reception staff. Not what you would expect for a 4 star hotel leisure centre.

Negative experience: Very rude staff! Pestering you to get out of the pool even though there was others in the pool too. Very very unprofessional

Negative experience: All lockers locks are broken so you are just expected to trust no one is going to rob you. Hygiene of the changing rooms is awful.
