Positive experience: Nice friendly staff, good atmosphere here too. A lot of the machines don’t connect to the app which is a pity but generally the place is well kept

Positive experience: Overall it's very good. But...I have to give only 4 stars because the newbridge branch lacks a swimming pool but still charges the same fee as others. Would be nice if swimming pool was provided as an optional add-on for people who wish to consume. Personally I do not go to Naas or Athy branch for the pool so I'm not benefiting anything out of it.

Positive experience: Gym is really great. Staff are lovely. Any time i have been in, it hasn't been so busy that you have to wait for equipment.

Fantastic experience: First time in a proper gym the atmosphere was nice an quite no ego lifters or Instagram model on there phones.. definitely going back my son loves it in there thw staff are so friendly and loads of equipment machines dumbells ect...

Fantastic experience: Best gym around. Not only is the kit excellent (and recently all upgraded) but the staff are brilliant too. Maura's spin classes are particularly excellent. Also, you won't find a gym that offers better value while giving you access to 3 gyms (the 2 others have pools), free classes and regular fitness assessments. Easy 5 stars

Negative experience: Complete scam of a company. I was in town for a short period, made sure it was known that I would be leaving town a month ahead of time. They acknowledged my cancellation. I blocked my card as I was leaving town just in case and, sure enough, the next month there was an attempted charge. They then tried to charge again day after day for five days and stopped. 19 days later, they charged again (for services I couldn't even use if I wanted to, as they suspended my account) and refused to refund the account, instead "doing me the favor" of cancelling my account for the next month. Only recourse seems to be filing a chargeback with my bank.

Positive experience: Mostly only use the astro pitch. Good parking pitch is decent. Lights are good. Staff are very helpful . Pitch rental is fairly reasonably priced.

Negative experience: Really bad - avoid. Took out a membership for my son and he cancelled less than four weeks later as he never used it. They went and charged my card for a second month. When I called, they told me that we had to give 28 days notice of cancellation which was set out in their terms and conditions which weren't furnished to me when I went in personally to set up payment. I have telephoned twice and emailed requesting a manager to call me but two weeks later,no call or email from them. Appalling service.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym in town, you can pay as you go or membership, when you pay the membership you have access to the Naas and Athy branch which both have a swimming pool, the newbridge branch doesn't have a pool, It has bigger Arenas though, if you like to practice powerlifting I think this branch it's better

Fantastic experience: Recently joined there Newbridge gym and was dealing with Mateusz who made me feel comfortable and was brilliant at explaining everything I thought he was excellent and K leisure are lucky to have such good staff

Positive experience: Great facilities and setup. Lots of squat racks and multi functional training units along with plenty of machines and free weights. Hall to rent out along with astro pitches out the back. Membership includes free classes which is nice to know. I also like that my membership allows me to use any of the three gyms in Kildare. Mens changing room could do with an upgrade is the only negative aspect

Positive experience: Nice gym with very good facilities at a rather reasonable price. I've been using this gym for over a year now and I wouldn't have many complaints about it. Staff are very nice and helpful, equipment is okay and if you know what you are doing it can be altered to hit pretty much all the areas you want to work. Always clean and in standard with good hygiene practices. Can be a bit overcrowded in the evening times, especially in January which can be stressful if you want to focus in on your training so try use off-peak hours if applicable. Also if you are new to using the gym equipment try looking up how to properly use the machines and exercises before you do or try them.

Positive experience: Nice big strength and conditioning area gym itself not so big but dose have good equipment found the price to be on the high side . Downfall they don't have a 6 month membership for couples it was ether direct debts or pay in full €750 new to the area and wanted to try it for a while to see if we liked it before getting the year
