Fantastic experience: Absolutely love love love this gym iv been a member nearly 2 years and the time has flown by the owner is top class so approachable about anything extremely friendly always greets you in the gym. Staff is very friendly as well the place is always spotless all machines are kept in great condition if anything is broken it's fixed asap also there's always an upgrade every few months. To top it of there is all the training gear and supplements in gym all reasonabley priced it's a one stop place to go.

Fantastic experience: Best gym around for two important reasons; the atmosphere and the equipment. Close-knit and encouraging environment where you'll feel at home. A lot of attention to detail is given in equipment to choice to allow progression and make small changes to exercise angles etc. Radik keeps the place in tip-top shape too. Can't recommend this place more.

The gym is spotless clean never a dumbbell or plate lying around. memebers respect the gym. The owner Radek is always making improvements he always has a new ideas and always updating equipment. Fantastic experience: Awesome gym - Radick had took over a very poorly ran and unfriendly gym and turned it into something very special! A nice culture and social gym but also a very well kitted gym providing people with a great atmosphere for real hard and proper training which shows with how many people within the gym compete in different competitions like bodybuilding powerlifting, CrossFit etc. Always upgrading equipment

Fantastic experience: A Great training facilitie with equipment that covers all forms of strength, bodybuilding and cardiovascular training. The staff are very friendly and helpful and all areas of the facilitie are super clean and kept in full working order allways, from the machines to the hot water. The gym is never too busy so your rearly waiting on any machine and this combined with most of the members being friendly makes for a great training atmosphere in a great all around gym for anyone with any goals set.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the town, hands down. I have been training for 5 years now and wish it had all been in ATF. The selection of machinery is unmatched and the care put into each one shows. No frayed upholstery or chipping paint. The owner really loves the gym and it's members and it shows. Amazing amount of weight and the variety of machines is huge. Dumbbells for all weights right from 2kg to 80kg. Good selection of cardio machines with the newest tech on all of them. The community and atmosphere is great and you can work out in peace too without feeling watched by anyone if you want. Amazing gym to suit all levels

Fantastic experience: Since 2018 I have been training at The Facility. I begin every day here and it really sets me up for anything the days throw at me. I have been to other gyms but you can tell they are not ran by a passionate gym user like The Facility. Every piece of equipment has its place, the layout of the gym makes it easy to create a workout plan, you can train every muscle here! After 5 years training I have hit a stride and I cannot recommend this place enough as it's got everything anyone needs. Exercise is great for your physical and mental health and being a member at The Facility genuinely eases my anxiety, especially in how 2020 has turned out, can't thank the place enough!

Haven't bumped into any rude members, everyone is respectfull, weights are re-racked and put back, no sweat on machines left behind. This is a serious gym with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The best equipped gym I've been in and still improving all the time. Multiple racks, benches, platforms, bars and a wide variety of high quality machines. All maintained in good condition. Ideal for anyone who sources their own programs, does their homework on technique and has a basic understanding of gym etiquette. Might not suit beginners or powerlifters as it's a private facility, there's no one to hold your hand and excessive noise isn't appreciated. A unique approach/attitude and great value for money.

Fantastic experience: There’s gyms and then there’s unapproved facility one thing for sure the vibe is definitely there, members are cool. The atmosphere in the gym is great and it has all kinds of machines , racks are endless. Man like Aidan is always turning up W/new machines and upgrading the facility which is class. you’ll most likely leave the facility feeling like Ronnie Coleman.

Fantastic experience: From my own personal experience of leaving unapproved to train in other gyms after leaving this one 3 or so years ago, I can wholeheartedly say this One of the best gyms regarding equipment I’ve ever trained in. The best gym regarding a sense of community within the gym I’ve ever been apart of, machines and equipment maintained regularly, new equipment almost on a regular basis. The respect shown to members, the level of communication between staff and members, it’s all just right. It is a gym ran correctly, and if you have even the slightest idea of how a good gym is ran, look no further than this place. The best in Louth without a doubt.

Always up to date with the latest equipment in the fitness world, there’s no gym like it.
