Fantastic experience: Joined the gym around 5 months ago, and I don't regret choosing this place, it's close to home, has great staff and a great atmosphere. I've had no problems with the machines or any equipment, and the price for going there including the swimming pool, for how remote this gym, it includes a lot of stuff, and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I use the pool, which is perfect. Even when busy, it doesn't feel crowded. Great for swimming lessons too.

Negative experience: Let me get this straight, so for the same membership price as men, women have the full use of the main gym area AND also a private gym area for ladies only??. So if that's allowed then where is the men only gym area?? Is this not discrimination against men??

Negative experience: Literally just left here after a swim. Place was filthy and hasn't been renovated in years. Left after about 25 mins, won't be back. Receptionist was lovely though.

Negative experience: A member of staff in Integral Bettystown told me that Integral in Drogheda is their HQ. He said the company is registered here and trading as Newtown Sports and Leisure Ltd. Thanks for the info. Anyway, he said all Health & Saftey issues should go through their Drogheda HQ. As they deal directly with the landlord. Interestingly enough the same staff member in Integral Bettystown told me that only Staff Members can make formal complaints to the Health & Saftey Authority of Ireland. Regards any dangerous issues in the gym for members and staff. He said staff were fearful to make a complaint themselves, regards possible retaliation from the employer, so I should contact Drogheda HQ myself. Attached are pics from Integral Fitness Bettystown. Go to my review on their Google page (4 stars of 5). There is an awful amount of Health & Saftey issues being violated there. Newtown Sports and Leisure Ltd has a duty of care to the members, as well as their staff in the Bettystown location. Regards.

Fantastic experience: Impressive new layout of the gym floor, great to see investing back in new machines and replacement of brand new bars and dumbell weights etc in July 2024, massive floor space in this gym unlike anywhere in this town and always a place to park.

Negative experience: Recently returned to town and off join a gym. After checking reviews decided head to integral to sign up etc. Drove in the industrial estate and straight back out. Literally a couch dumped in car park in amongst parked cars. Ended up joining alternative gym in retail park with car park management which is more pleasant on eye Pity as reviews for integral itself were excellent hence was my first preference and nearest.

Negative experience: Hello ,I'm here to review on a staff member he was extremely rude to me ,he harassed me ,so I was casually doing an exercise and on the last set it was a drop set and I accidently dropped the weight too loudly he aggressively rushed towards me and started to yell vulgar language and curse at me , it was honestly so absurdly vial to hear these words come out of a staff member EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is a tall young guy with blue eyes and black straight hair.

Negative experience: The most unhygienic pool we have ever attended. Went on a Sunday morning at 9.40am as a family of 4. Stood waiting on a member of staff for 15mins just to pay in. Family changing rooms are absolutely filthy. Hair absolutely everywhere. Rubbish on floors and in every changing room. Toilets are absolutely revolting(too vulgar to describe in detail) this was the case in ladies also with no toilet roll in dirsty Cubicles. Will never be returning and would never recommend.

Positive experience: Gym equipped with all essentials. It’s large and has a generous parking space. It’s slightly pricy. I had an easy signup process and staff was helpful and explained everything in length.

Fantastic experience: Nice steam room and sauna although swimming pool is not that big but enough space to swim. Plus point they give you 48 hours free pass to see if you want to join and this is something you can choose before you get membership..

Fantastic experience: I visited Integral in Drogheda yesterday using a trial pass. I've been planning to do this for many months, working to build up the courage. I should have done it long ago. I received a warm welcome from Natalia. She showed me around the gym and the equipments. She explained everything to me and she showed me example exercises. She explained what muscles each machine work on and showed me the right techniques. I've been to various gyms before but I learnt more in that trial session than many years visiting other gyms in the past. She was super enthusiastic, knowledgable and gave me a lot of good advice on a holistic level. I am definitely signing up for membership. Thank you Natalia!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym. All the equipment that you might need for any type of training. They have dedicated spinning and club classes rooms so there's plenty of space for everyone. Plus there's a 20m swimming pool.

Positive experience: Had an awful experience today at Integral gym drogheda relating to customer service handling. 3 employees were behind the reception, I had thought that I had two free days at the gym that I could redeem but as they had told me it was a trial to see if the customer had liked the gym. I hadn’t known this clearly and they had bombarded me with both insults and laughter. One employee had asked if I came here before and I had told her that I had went to the gym before. Another had asked me “do you know what the free pass is for?” I had answered, to use the gym for free? She had then went to explain the pass was used for first time goers but I had never been made aware on my first time that I could use this pass a trial. The other employee that had asked me have I came to the gym before went on to say “thought you could get away with that” which had made me confused as I had made an honest mistake. She had then went on to say “have you tried this before?” I had replied no, I haven’t and she smartly responded with “I say you have” this very degrading and hurtful to hear, luckily my friend was there and was kind enough to spot me, after the exchange I began walking towards the changing rooms and the man at the reception had asked his coworker “why doesn’t he get a membership?” I found this very poor customer service

She is one of the most enthusiastic, experienced, driven and energised instructors integral has seen for years. her passion really comes through and keeps you motivated throughout her brilliant classes, she is friendly, bubbly and completely client centered and focused.

Positive experience: I use swimming pool every week. Water is always nice and warm. Swimming pool is not too big but big enough for my skills. Nice jacuzzi and sauna s. It's not the newest and will need some renovations soon but nice and kind staff and excellent swimming instructors make up for it! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Cluttered set up. Nobody puts their weights back. Everything all over the place. Not an enjoyable place to train at all. Not worth a membership after a free trial. Felt very frustrated trying to get my session in. I’m a PT and Fitness Instructor so I’ve seen my fair share of gyms and by far one of the messiest I’ve ever been in.

Negative experience: They give different offers to what ever suit them And offer of 200 euro for 6 month was on few days ago they refused to give it to me The one at reception had a stinking attitude . Please fix your staff attitude Drogheda integral fitness

Negative experience: Signed up for a full year's membership on Feb 2020, right before lockdown. Gym closed for the best part of a year. Phoned up to enquire about my membership and was told it had expired in Feb '21 and if I re-signed back up for another year, they would add the missing months back on. Honestly don't know how they can get away with such a policy. Won't be back.

Negative experience: Got screwd paying cash for membership just before lockdown, no refund nor extended membership. Received txt while lockdown that it will be extended, but when confronted at the reseption was told management change their minds.

Fantastic experience: Open and closes early and late so plenty of slots to choose from for your workout. Cardio classes are really good and there is plenty of machines and free weights to do most of what you want to do. Pool, sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzi work well to wind down after the gym. Changing rooms could do with a few more hair driers and the men's showers don't always work and aren't always warm. You need to bring your own lock for the lockers too. Other than the annoying cold showers, this is a great gym, good and clean too.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility friendly and clean. One improvement water font in the ladies only section would help and floor to ceiling mirror for mat work and floor work. I love the fresh eggs for sale cool idea! Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Negative experience: Gym for rich. If you want to sign up and pay with cash and not give them your card details, be ready to hand in 250€ on day one for six months. (No monthly memberships for cash) If you are going to gym on foot, only access is through very busy road, were there is no foot path. Soo, Risk your life on your way to gym, only to pay 250€ for sign up. Its a joke rather than gym... Stay fat, stay safe, save your money, go to gym in town. P.s. Photos from only foot accessible road to gym, except for jumping over spiked or barb wired fences ofcourse...
