Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, clean, well maintained centre

Positive experience: The open-plan room we used which could also be used as a sports hall..., and many other purposes too I am sure..., was light-filled, bright and had no direct sunlight. All massive pluses

Positive experience: It's great that the centre is here in town. It includes a library, gym and various other sports facilities also for children. There is also a small café. In the gym, unfortunately, the equipment is quite worn, weights are lying around everywhere and have not been tidied up. The equipment is used without a towel and only very few athletes disinfect it afterwards. You hear very loud techno music all the time.

Fantastic experience: I love this gem of a place you would never get board a gym a cafe if your feeling hungry after your workout and library upstairs i used to always go to that gym every monday before covid with all my collugues

Positive experience: This is a lovely centre, cafe, toilets, reception all smashing, clean, modern the staff were lovely...But the surface in the gym is a tiled floor which is not really suitable for underage basketball in my opinion....when the kids hit the floor during the game they had much more impact and injury and bruising than we normally see in games on wooden floors.

Positive experience: Staff are lovely and friendly , don’t get me wrong , staff I’d give 5 stars , equipment is alittle under the weather needs some TLC especially the accessories , few extra plates wouldn’t go a stare, you could Reupholster the leather, Open weekend 8/9.am instead of 10am Open weekdays a 6 am finish at 10:30 pm This isn’t the Westwood but it’s a lovley little gym with alittte work it could be a 4 start gym , Add more equipment or a separate room of equipment it could be a 5 star easy

Positive experience: It was difficult as an outsider to understand where on the highway is the entrance to the building. Maybe useful to put up signs to identify where the entrance is. Inside it was ok, but some of the chairs are broken. People are very friendly though.

Negative experience: Gym is so run down. Management is a disgrace, she should be removed
