Fantastic experience: Laura is very professional and full of knowledge! The one to one sessions are very good especially because she really checks your form and helps you to weighlift in the proper and safe way and she can adapt any exercise to your needs. I've some pain in my knees and shoulder and she is always mindful of that and can work around it. My strength and pain has really improved since going to her. She really knows her stuff and you can learn a lot from her. Highly recommended!!!
