KFitt is one of few gyms to have everything you need. From using the weights and the machines, to classes for all ages. I felt that Kevin and the staff always go above and beyond to help their clients reach their goals

I can't praise Kevin enough for his in-depth knowledge of how the body moves and works. Since attending the gym I've learned a lot from Kevin who's always on hand to help, give tips and advice on training methods and exercises. The gym provides me with the opportunity to continue to train as a professional athlete while I'm at home in Clare and has everything I need to help me progress in my training. I'm very fortunate to have such a professional and safe space to train.
