Fully equipped gym, bike shop and neuromuscular treatment clinic located in Kilrush, Co. Clare. We offer Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Strength & Conditioning, Pre & Post Op Strength Building, Personal Training, Fitness Classes, Group Training & Nutritional Coaching. Our friendly training environment is designed so you can move comfortably with confidence. In the bike shop we offer a wide range of road, off-road, hybrid bikes and e-bikes. KFitt Kilrush is a fantastic facility with staff that are truly knowledgeable, passionate and dedicated. The place has a true sense of community and caters for people starting their fitness journey to the elite sports person. Their engagement with young and old is phenomenal and I would suggest anyone looking for support in achieving their fitness or sporting goals to connect with the team at KFitt
KFitt is one of few gyms to have everything you need. From using the weights and the machines, to classes for all ages. I felt that Kevin and the staff always go above and beyond to help their clients reach their goals
I can't praise Kevin enough for his in-depth knowledge of how the body moves and works. Since attending the gym I've learned a lot from Kevin who's always on hand to help, give tips and advice on training methods and exercises. The gym provides me with the opportunity to continue to train as a professional athlete while I'm at home in Clare and has everything I need to help me progress in my training. I'm very fortunate to have such a professional and safe space to train.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Gary, Kevin and the team there for a few years now. All I can say is absolutely top class service, from gym classes to injury prevention and advice they are extremely knowledgeable and qualified. To top it all, they have a state of the art bike shop with every need catered for from e-bikes, mtb, kids and big kids on their racing bikes. No hesitation in recommending these guys. Best bike shop and service in Ireland.
