Fantastic experience: Had Vinyasa Yoga Flow last night with Sara. Yoga isn't normally my fav but OMG I absolutely loved it so much. I have been singing her praises all day and I cannot wait for next Tuesday evening to go back again! Her voice and manner and teaching are all so relaxing and I found her instruction so easy to follow, the class flew and then I went home and had an amazing sleep!
