Fantastic experience: Very good facility and trainers! The training is incredible. Patrick created a plan tailored to my needs and abilities and he's modified it as I've progressed (or struggled). It's keeping me challenged and developing. His interaction is professional, challenging, and supportive. He mixes up the routines to keep me working. The facility is well fit out, with a lot of space and a lot of variety for physical work. There are several trainers in the facility, and I've seen a wide variety of skills and abilities from beginner to advanced getting training here.
Fantastic experience: Currently in training with Seamus twice weekly now feeling great. Finally making huge progress after long-term injury.
