Fantastic experience: Good gym, great modern good condition equipment. Not too busy, plenty of space and everything you need.

Negative experience: Great gym but poor management. No staff employed meaning very limited hours eg closes early on Sundays and Saturdays, closed on bank holidays. Very bad

Fantastic experience: If there is a such thing as boutique gym this is it. Plenty of machines that you would not find in other places to keep workouts more interesting, plenty of space as well as earliest openings times in Limerick/Clare area.
