Negative experience: Emailed for information. Got no reply. Got emails telling me to register though!! Chased them again - still no reply. Still received spam emails. Oh and when I replied to their mailbox - received an auto response - as undeliverable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Has everything you need. Simon was an absolute gentleman. Credit to the team.

Negative experience: On weekends they always close at 17:00, and (without updating google maps) they decide to close on bank holiday at 16:00. Thank you for being that clear and wasting my time. 5 ⭐️ customer service! (The GYM is not bad)

Negative experience: The hygenie levels are absolutely disgraceful!! Toilets don't look like they are ever cleaned but even the lockers, machines, the dust build up and stains on the walls / panelling! It's a building of filth that just keeps getting filther and it's so bad people don't even care and just make it dirtier! It's like something out of a 3rd world country There's a hole in the ceiling the last 3 weeks also looks like it's never going to be fixed. I don't know how this place passes it's safety inspection

Positive experience: Cancellation was a mess. Gym itself was fine. Sent notification of cancellation via email in November. Just missed the 30 day cut off date so was informed I would need to pay December as well which was fine. However when I got to the gym in the days after, found that my access had been revoked and had to be reinstated. I wasn't confident following this that my membership would be cancelled in January so I sent an email more than a week before the direct debit date - no reply. Sure enough on the 20th January, 37.99 EUR from RE ENERGIE FITNESS on my statement. Emailed immediately (couldn't get through on the phone) to refund the payment and make sure the membership was cancelled as it should have been after December. Took about about week and was asked for bank statements to show the payment went through but I was refunded in the end. Have now blocked the DD as not confident I won't be charged in February again. Just annoying more than anything.

Negative experience: Been a member of this gym for a few years but decided to cancel membership after not going for a couple of months. They won’t even give you a month’s notice when they decide to increase the fee. I’d understand the increment if there are better machines and the broken ones are getting fixed right away but that isn’t the case. For the new fee, you’re better off elsewhere with more machines to work out on

Negative experience: Canceling the membership is a nightmare. Terms and conditions say 1 month notice but it isn't true. I informed for cancellation on Feb 2nd, until March 1st it's technically a month already. But again 40 euro was debited from my account on March 1st. Upon calling them, no one answers for days together, luckily after a week of debit of my fee- called them to ask why is it so. They correct themselves saying it's 1 pay cycle that should run post notice. I even told them to deduct the amount for March 1 and 2nd counting the pay debiting day, but still no answer from them makes sense. They just loot money. Worst gym ever.

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the management's handling of the ongoing shower problem at the gym. Since February 1st, 2024, the showers have been out of order, yet there has been no official communication regarding this issue. Members, myself included, are left in the dark about when this problem will be resolved and how it will be addressed. What's more frustrating is that despite the inconvenience of cold showers, the management continues to charge full price for memberships. It's unfair to expect members to pay for facilities that are not fully operational.

Negative experience: I had been a member of this gym for a while, but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I hadn't used the gym for the past 6 months, and when I requested to cancel my subscription, they insisted that it was already 3 days into the new month and that I'd be charged for another month. The audacity of charging for a service which was not even used, this policy is completely unreasonable, especially considering my prolonged inactivity. Moreover, the gym frequently lacks sufficient equipment to support during peak hours, and I've witnessed broken machines left unrepaired for weeks. To make matters worse, one of the staff members displayed a complete lack of professionalism, speaking rudely to me and my friends. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. I cannot recommend this gym to anyone at their current rates, especially with outdated equipment and impolite staff. It's been a regrettable experience, and I'd advise others to seek a more customer-friendly and well equipped gym with additional facilities at this rate.

Negative experience: Ni E gym the have good equipment and a great staff to engage with. Im giving only 2stars because the elevator doesn't work. I have pretty bad knees and they get worse after a workout besides the toilets/changing rooms are on the 1st floor and getting there is a real task for me. When you charge the full fee ensure that all facilities are provided!

Positive experience: Joined last week after a few free passes. Equipment upstairs is good. Downstairs the cable cross overs are broken and lots of attachments that could be used on the broken machine are missing. Good selection of free weights, bars and benches. Chelsea who took me through my induction was friendly and knowledgable.

Also energie fitness need to make gym pass tap or fob entry accessible because everytime we need to press the button and make the employees comedown and open the entry bar for us ,Sometimes when they are busy with another customer it wastes a lot of time at the entrance

Negative experience: Warning to anyone thinking of joining this gym. I've been a member of this gym the last 5 years, so I can really say this place has gone downhill. The staff are friendly, but the new management has made some questionable decisions regarding equipment and its dealings with members. While the basic cable machines are broken and there are tonnes of free weights straight up missing, they have purchased a rake of brand new machines that you won't see half the members ever using. To top it off I was unjustly charged for an extra month after cancelling my account, and they are unwilling to refund. (this is a common occurrence if you read past reviews) It's a shame to say this as I really enjoyed this gym, but in its current state, you should really give this place a miss.

Negative experience: I would not recommend joining this gym at all , the customer service is not great no spaces in there classes always booked up and they don’t take monthly payments properly as with my own experience they took my monthly payment then refunded it without any reason to then charge me a extra €20 fee for not paying my fee as I had bank statements to show there was more than enough money in my account when I rang the gym there wore very unhelpful , they told me the payments going true a different company to ring them up that they themselves can’t help me. I am not the only person who this has happened to with the payments.

Positive experience: Just signed up here recently. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They were a great help when it came to some issues I was having signing up. The facilities are perfectly fine, nothing special but everything you need is there. The studio however is very good, large enough for social distancing with plenty of equipment. I was only intending to use this gym temporarily while the others were closed but I think I might stay for longer. It's never too busy there as you have to book your visits ahead of time. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or anyone who's gym has closed down and is looking for somewhere to go.

Very disappointed that the punch bag area was being used for a class (3 people) and I was told at 7.10 that the area would be free at 7.30. The 1st floor studio was empty.. I had to miss out on my bag work.. one of the main reasons I chose fit4less

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of 3 other local gyms. This one is genuinely the best. The equipment is excellent and I must say the staff are the most approachable I have encountered. They actively help you progress or let you to your own depending on what you want. It's always spotless clean and hygienic. I love this place, a benchmark for how gyms should be run. Other gyms should take note.

The gym is bright (natural light), spacious and always spotless. Showers, lockers, vending machine and parking provided. Sign in by fingerprint which is also far more convenient than a card. A welcoming atmosphere in which you can train at your own pace and a great local facility.
