Negative experience: I've rang them for two years and they won't allow me to join. When I was a member for a month they took me off their list again. My friend is a member and says they barely ever have people in the gym and pool. So why are they stopping members from rejoining? Do you want money or not? I found the manager racist and rude. He hangs up the phone without even doing his job correctly and according to past workers is horrible to work for. The staff turnover is very high. In terms of the facilities the steam room is disgusting and barely works and the swimming pool is freezing.

Negative experience: On October 5, 2024, at 16:30, I realized that I had forgotten my towel at home when I arrived at the gym. I asked the receptionist for a towel, but was told they didn't have any available. I then went to the locker room to get my bag and decided to head back home. As I was leaving, I saw another person entering the gym who was given a towel. I was confused by this discrepancy.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a popular club as I was on a waiting list to join. Delighted to have joined, it's clean has a small gym but it's across a few different rooms. So when it gets busy, can easily find a spot to exercise. Pool is lovely and they have a really good steam room. A nice friendly atmosphere around the place, members who have been there along time made me feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly engaging staff, nice sized gym. Some equipment break down at times, but repaired in a timely fashion and always get a full update when you ask about the repair time frame. Very clean, can get busy in the evenings when people finish work, it's to be expected I guess as everyone wants to go at the same time. Nice pool area, warm Sauna and steam room, lovely jacuzzi and hydro pool. But the cold water pool is heaven.

Negative experience: Faced racism from staff and Irish people. Seriously this is something disgusting to go through.

Negative experience: Terrible attendance. I was assisted on 05/17 by a very rude man and girl. They didn't have the patience to explain it to me and even made fun of me because I'm not fluent in English. I felt really bad when they asked me to get out of their way, because according to them I was disturbing the gym service. On the same day I enrolled at AURA GYM, cheaper and the service is 5 stars!

Negative experience: Great facilities but since the turn of the year it's hit and miss whether hydrotherapy pool, sauna or jacuzzi will be suitably warm. Really puts a dampener on the experience.

Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with the state of the steam room at this gym. Not only is there no visible steam in the steam room, but sometime there's also a weird smell that makes it unbearable to stay in there for even a few minutes. What's worse is that some patrons go straight from the sauna or the steam room into the swimming pool or Jacuzzi without taking a shower first, and the management seems to turn a blind eye to this basic hygiene violation. It's extremely disappointing that such a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene is not being upheld in this gym

Fantastic experience: I was going for swimming lessons with trainer Sarah. It was very pleasant. Sarah is very professional and helpful. It was great experience. Definitely will go again and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks so much.

Positive experience: Really nice and welcoming gym but would be nice if we could get a one month subscription. Also walk ins and daily payments instead of the whole three months.

Positive experience: Small gym, almost always overcrowded at the peak hours. Few broke machine never repaired. But good staff and decently maintained. Water side area is better than gym. Sauna and steam room with cold water plunge.

Fantastic experience: Really warm and friendly staff that are super helpful. The booking system is terrific, the space is perfect , there’s a wide range of equipment , they make you a plan out suited to your exact needs and they are always very pleasant to deal with. Can’t recommend this place more !

Fantastic experience: This swim and exercise club does have access from the street, and also a dedicated Hotel Elevator for hotel guests. Well run and friendly staff.
