Fantastic experience: Everything is top notch, excellent exercise machines that are regularly updated, always clean. Excellent friendly and welcoming staff. Almost everything is on one floor and there is no constant need to run between floors. There are enough free weights and exercise machines. I think this gym will take a special place in my heart and I will always be glad to return to it with a dose of nostalgia.

Positive experience: Good gym! Plenty of equipment, bikes, treadmills, etc. However, I do have 3 complaints: only one shower in male changing room, and the changing room is locked one and a half hours before closing time (changing room & shower should be available until 30 minutes before closing time in my opinion). Also, no lockers available either. So not ideal, but overall a good gym that provides value for money, and I definitely recommend the place!

Negative experience: €51 a month, no options. No, pay for 6 months and get a deal or 12 months and get a reduction, nothing! This is what I was told when I turned up. €51 a month, end of story! I work in Charleville two or three days a week tops and I was looking for a way to kill an hour each day but that type of customer is not catered for. I'll go to the park for a walk, and use the free exercise machines. Son told me I can pay €99 for 3 months closer to home. That's it, I'm out.

Fantastic experience: A real solid top notch gym, that has all the equipments and very well thought way sections are done , lovely cardio/aerobic section, dumble areas , weight training and above all great staff there. The place is kept spotless and clean hoovered and cleaned every 10 minutes , bathroom and shower is clean and tidy. A lovely mirror upstairs to take a photo of your transformation and they have also protein bars, protein powders to bulk up. A good environment in the gym. They have a cool app and fitness programmes/classes as well. I would highly recommend that gym. What are you waiting for get your bag ready and start your fitness journey. Truly very lucky to have a cool gym in Charliville. I d highly recommend them , truly deserves 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Have tried many gyms over the years. Without a doubt, Thrive Fitness has been my favourite! It's not just the top-class equipment that makes it the best gym around, but the welcoming attitude from each member of staff. There is always somebody available to help out when needed. Have been a member for almost 2 years. Gym is always clean and such a positive atmosphere! Credit where credit is due! 5*
