Fantastic experience: Great gym! It can get a bit crowded in the afternoons, but that’s only because it’s a really good place to work out. It’s not very big, but it has everything you need. The team is super friendly—especially Lucas, who helped me get my first muscle-up!

Negative experience: Anyone thinking about joining this GYM be very careful with yer property outside bikes are being stolen by lads wearing ballyclavas and cars are being broken into. This has been a real hot spot for these thugs!

Fantastic experience: Came 3 years ago for a free trial and I found it a bit small Came back last year and really improved taking down those walls. Very spacious and with good equipment.

Fantastic experience: I have been a steady member at this gym for quite some time now I would say new date or even old-school gym equipment for better isolation on smaller harder to hit muscle groups, besides that I've met some great people and staff from this gym i only wish to progress with the gym and watch as the gym progresses aswell

Negative experience: This gym is a real joke, the equipment is bad and there are no options, the bathroom is always broken and their payment system always fails and you are blocked from using the gym due to their mistakes. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very kind staff, good quality gym, was looking for a place to workout as my local gym is closed over the weather , found this place and it was amazing definitely worth it, if I lived closer it would be my go to, no disappointment there, people working out there were also very nice , smiling polite people, love the atmosphere!

Positive experience: The new equipment and weight area are impressive, and the staff are friendly. I didn't give it 5 stars because the showers were a bit dirty, and you need to bring your own soap (which was fine for me since I had mine).

Positive experience: Decent gym, but I see what they lack they need more variety. I would suggest a chest supported row machine, lat pullover machine, lateral raise machine, and preacher curl machine. And I would think the gym has it all

Fantastic experience: Great gym!! It’s quite spacious and has good facilities and equipments. The place is always kept clean. It could be busy at times, but that’s quite normal for any gym! I personally go in the morning, it’s always cool at that time. Most of the staff are nice, but Cilian (the manager) has to be the best one there. He’s always been kind and helpful when it comes to any queries or concerns. In terms of membership fees, prices are quite reasonable too! My favorite gym in town.

Negative experience: I didn’t feel safe as a woman in there. Many creepy guys. I had a situation where I had to leave and I didn’t complete my workout because of a group of creepy guys, I was shaking. And it’s always VERY BUSY it’s hard to workout and it’s very small. They shouldn’t allow that many people in at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Used this gym recently on a day pass. Highly recommend it. Staff were so helpful and the gym itself was one of the best I had been to in a while.

Fantastic experience: On a recent visit to Limerick, I attended this gym. I found the the staff to be extremely professional, helpful and very accommodating to my needs. The gym itself was very clean along with all gym equipment and great facilities for all patrons. Will definitely be back to use the gym again!

Negative experience: disgusting service, and headless people at the reception, the crappiest gym in Europe

Negative experience: The most disgusting club in Limerick. This level of “service” and knowledge of the staff of the club’s rules. Total scam! More details: Having briefly looked at the club rules, I didn’t find the answer to my question and decided that it was safer to clarify this with the gym employee, who informed me that I can freeze my membership at any time, the main thing is to notify me 7 days before the required date. As a result, when I sent a request for this, I waited 4 days for a response, after which I found out that the gym had deceived me and it could only be frozen from the day of payment. Of course, after they responded to me for 4 days, it was already too late to change the membership freezing date to a closer date. When I explained the situation to the manager, in response I received the answer “Yes, we’ll figure it out, Just pay for your membership and the next payment will be in two months” Afterwards, before I clarified that I needed to freeze my membership because I’m leaving for this month from the city. A month later, I saw a payment request and understood that it was a scam on the part of the manager to extort money from me. In response, I received an answer that she meant that I could freeze the account in just a month, which sounds absolutely idiotic, considering that I said that by this time I would already be in town. This is not the first time that gym workers have advised me incorrectly, but previously they resolved issues with grief. Not recommend it AT ALL

Positive experience: Lovely gym, perfect location, great equipment and facilities. Only knocking one star off because of how busy this gym gets during rush hours. It can be difficult to get the piece of equipment you want during the busy hours, buts that’s just a side-effect of being so popular.

Positive experience: Good commercial gym space. Almost always busy; can be hectic at times. It would have been 5 stars if the opening hours were 6am; I think that makes a huge difference for people going to work and commuting. Feel as if there should be 2 bench presses as well.

Negative experience: Terrible place! It’s impossible to stop be a member! They will charge your card forever!!!

Negative experience: They kept drawing money during lockdown, they even resumed direct debit after I suspended my membership, nice €400 out of the pocket that could have been spent better elsewhere. Despite drawing money, still had access and membership issues. The gym is OK, but I feel really ripped off by them.

Fantastic experience: Never thought i'd ever say this about any gym but Energie Fitness Limerick is a fantastic place. The classes & instructors are second to none, really fun & approachable, but don't get me wrong they can be a real pain in the arse when they see you're not putting it in. (That's a good thing for me). Can't wait for it to be opened again, really miss the workouts & fun with the other like minded people.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, I love this place I've been member of many gyms but this tops it. So clean, great layout and love the classes where the schedule is moved around from time to time to suit clients. The staff are brilliant always very helpful and friendly and give great work outs all tho I don't be able to move after cian's and cillian classes but yes I would highly recommend this and have done, I can't wait to get back.

They're so reachable with anything you need, provide amazing online classes and is an overall great gym. Membership is so affordable and the gym itself is perfect. Cannot fault this gym and service!

Positive experience: Good gym with new equipment and friendly staff. Still lack some things like a smith machine and calf trainers and it can get very crowded in peak hours but I'm enjoying it nonetheless. The classes are all very good!

Negative experience: This gym was extremely dirty and small. The equipment is old and minimal yet marketed and priced as if it were a high end fitness club. It's essentially a small hotel-like gym priced extremely high. If you are a fitness enthusiast I would honestly recommend staying away from this gym. It may be convenient but again not worth it. Overall a very poor experience. Bummed out!
