Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been in

Negative experience: went into the gym hoping to do some cable work, guess what? 5 CABLES BROKEN!! 3 were broken for a while and 2 new ones broke. this shit is NOT okay
Fantastic experience: TBB is a fantastic facility with a great variety of machines & equipment! For an area that has grown rapidly recently, TBB and the staff have seemed to adapted extremely well; treating new & existing members alike! The team are extremely welcoming & helpful, not to mention well able to share some words of support & encouragement when needed! I’m particularly fond of the TBB+ facility & the coaches there! Keep the good work up guys☺️

Fantastic experience: Probably the most amazing gym to ever exist in my opinion! As a Canadian living in Ireland, the TBB community has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and motivating! The coaches are out of this world fantastic, the facility is spectacular, and the environment is everything you would want for a gym! I could not recommend TBB more!

Negative experience: some staff members rush to close the gym 5-10 mins before closing and liam needs a raise

Thanks for your feedback! We understand it can be frustrating if it feels like the gym is closing a few minutes early. However, it’s common courtesy for members to be wrapping up their workouts and vacating the building about 10 minutes before closing. This allows our staff to clean the gym floor and bathrooms properly before they finish their shift.
Some of our team members also have long journeys home, so it’s only fair that they can close up on time rather than waiting for people to finish up or clear out of the facilities. We appreciate your understanding on this! If you have any questions please come speak to a member of staff.

Negative experience: guy yelling at another guy and no staff did anything
If you feel uncomfortable in the gym due to other members behaviours then please make it known to a member of staff. Also, we will take this review seriously if it’s left off a personal account and not a fake one that’s using profanity.
Fantastic experience: Joined today . Or should I say rejoined today . Different prices now . New prices are 13:50 euro per week direct debit ( hopefully my revolut bank works!) . I actually like the very loud music upstairs on the treadmill area, so that doesn't bother me, it actually gives me motivation! and classes are no longer free, I don't actually go to classes,so doesn't bother me. Best time to go is lunch time 2-3pm as it's almost empty. Perfect!

Welcome back! We’re glad to have you rejoin us. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the atmosphere, especially the music in the treadmill area, we are all about keeping the motivation high!
We no longer offer free classes as we now have two state of the art coaching facilities (TBB Plus) where we run our premium classes. We’ve invested in up skilling our team so that we can offer the best quality coaching that will get our members the best results.
Lunchtime is definitely a great time to get a workout in with more space to yourself. Our system may have issues with Revolut so please come to reception on your next visit to swap over your billing details.

Negative experience: Very few machines, only one leg extension machine for a so called big gym.... Very crowded after 6. Staff girls not nice at all, always upto something. Owners need to pay attention & get more machines ASAP, rates are over the roof especially with the new 13.5/week system, no more upfront discounts too. So much price for 0 result.

Negative experience: okay gym, only acceptable one near me. one or two machines not working, music was very loud one time and only one leg extension in a big gym.

Negative experience: Toilet out of order. Too crowded after 6 Not worth it if you’re new.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, toilets can sometimes require maintenance, but we want to reassure you that all our bathroom facilities have been fully operational for a long time now.
Like any gym, we do experience a busier period after 6 PM, but we’ve expanded the gym by adding a mezzanine level and bringing in new equipment over the past few years to create more space and improve the experience for everyone.

Positive experience: Always 1-3 broken treadmills, that toke months to fix or replace. Changing 2 times in prices, adding different roles and limitations, like only accept bank payment, not the card payment, 2 weeks notice for stopping the memberships. I like the large area that it has. But changing in payment methods and membership roles is frustrating.
Hi Nasser, we actually changed our pricing only the one time where we removed our upfront options and have left D/D only, which being honest is common in a lot of fitness facilities. Also on your account you only changed pricing options once, yet you mention multiple times in your review, if you are going to call us out on the internet, at least be accurate. We are glad you enjoy our gym in general but felt that the change in pricing warranted a one start review. It seems a little extreme Nasser, and it has hurt us a little. Ultimately we wont hold this against you though, everyone makes mistakes!
Fantastic experience: Best gym in limerick im there about 4 years now, ...atmosphere is great ..staff are very nice and they update equipment all the time ....I've made some good friends there also....wouldn't train anywhere else

Fantastic experience: I use this gym when I'm Limerick and it is a great joint. All the equipment you would ever need. Gym is quite large and plenty of equipment there on Saturdays and Sundays.
Fantastic experience: As a relative newcomer to working out in the gym I didn't know what to expect, but I couldn't have being happier. Sophie and Paul (I think that's his name) were very friendly and showed me the ropes. The gym had all the equipment I needed and they were very clean and in great condition. Looking forward to my next session

I have to say that since Deborah started working there she has made a magnificent job of the place. All machines are cleaned and nothing is left down for long plus she has the place spotless.
