The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I'm part of a community rather than just a member. The way they go out of their way to make sure I'm getting the most out of my workout, offering guidance and support, has been a huge motivator for me to keep coming back. And the best part? I've noticed a significant boost in my confidence and progress towards my goals. I feel empowered and motivated every time I step foot in the gym, and I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing service and atmosphere this gym provides!

Fantastic experience: I have only ever had a Positive experience at women’s fitness. There are plenty of classes and always a personal trainer in the gym.

Positive experience: LOVE THIS GYM love the vibes, do wish the actual gym itself was bigger with more equipment but not much they can do about space there. i don’t go to the classes i just go to the gym but the environment there is so nice and girly pop.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym and 70 classes per week so spoilt for choice and don’t get bored!! Staff are very professional and really helpful. Makes exercise fun ‍♀️ Gained 2kg of muscle and LOST 2kg of fat on Kickstart programme this summer. Highly recommend ️

Fantastic experience: It was my first time ever been in a gym, I opted for PT’s as well as gym use, found all staff so helpful, made me feel so welcome. Took time showing and explaining everything to me. I felt so comfortable from the start and I was so nervous but they put me at ease. Can’t recommended it enough.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Lynsey, Aileen, Peter, Cormac and Brian are excellent trainers who always push me and keep me enthusiastic. I really love the online offer also, makes it so easy for me to fit exercise into my day. This gym makes my life easier and helps me work smarter not harder. I love it! Edel

The general vibe in the gym is relaxed and friendly so as a person who was too conscious & intimidated to go to a gym before; I felt at ease nearly straight away there. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the classes and PT sessions etc that I've attended and saw results very quickly. Great range of classes available also.

Negative experience: Staff are very pushy. My mother got in contact with them once to ask about their prices. They were only interested in getting her to pay for a long membership and no other alternative was offered. Since then they have been messaging her with offers on Facebook constantly.

Negative experience: Nice gym and good classes ! However the staff came across as very pushy and it seemed they were working on commission trying to get people to join. I was trying to go to a few classes to see how I liked this particular gym and was hassled by phone calls , emails and voicemails every day with "exclusive offers".

Fantastic experience: very welcoming and relaxed enviornment. All trainers and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are fantastic and PT sessions have given me fantastic results. Couldnt recommend more .

I am quite excited that with help of your team and especially my Nutritionist Soniya, I am able to accomplish my goal of healthy weight mangement by reaching the target with safe and healthy pace. When I started the gym I was not sure what I will make of my health, however with constant support and re assurances and healthy diet plan, under guidance of Soniya I find it easy to manage my healthy lifestyle in busy day to day changes and flow. I would highly recommend Soniya as Nutritionist of Choice. This is because of her well laid out healthy plan to manage weight ,in easy to understand steps and more importantly keen to hear and adjust individually. Fantastic experience: Womens Fitness Plus is the best gym in Limerick in my opinion! From the opening hours, to the range of classes, Womens Fitness Plus has it all. The staff and instructors are so friendly and helpful and are always on hand to answer questions and give advice. From the minute you walk up the stairs you feel welcome and comfortable due to the bright and clean surroundings and also the non judgmental atmosphere. Joining Womens Fitness was one of the best decisions that I have ever made!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Women's Fitness Limerick. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The classes are fantastic and the trainers really get you motivated. There's so many classes to choose from that you could never get bored of going there. Really love that it is for women only. I Would highly recommend the 6 week kickstart programme, its the kickstart everyone needs to get you back into training. Cannot recommend Womens Fitness Limerick enough.
