Positive experience: It is a good gym and is great for the residents in rcp. In desperate need of a bench press machine and boxing bags

Positive experience: Badly in need of squat racks. The guys who carry out the induction for residents pointed out that other unmanned gyms around Dublin have squat racks. Dumbells are only upto 20kg, the cable machines have the most effective attachments disconnected, can't be used. Cardio machines are grand albeit second hand condition - treadmill belts stop and go. Could do with some kettlebells or other free weights, at least a barbell!!
