Fantastic experience: A great gym run by a passionate coach who invests so much time in the place

Negative experience: I would like to address a concern regarding an incident I experienced at the gym. While engaged in my workout, I sustained an injury, and rather than receiving support, I felt that my situation was dismissed as being overly dramatic simply because I am a girl. This mockery left me feeling isolated and unsupported during a challenging time. The gym's environment is predominantly male, which can create an uncomfortable atmosphere for female members. Despite the gym's stated commitment to equality, it often feels as though women are subjected to judgment rather than encouragement. This dynamic can discourage women from fully engaging in their fitness journeys. I believe it is essential for the gym to address these issues and work towards fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for all members, particularly women.

Fantastic experience: Great team of staff who help and direct the students. It's beneficial in many ways to these children and upwards. A focus on where to put their energy mind and body to good use. To have something to work towards ,and work together as a team.
