Positive experience: If you are not a kid, forget about the swimming pool on Tue., Wed., Thur., Fri., Sat. and Sun. Overcrowded due the swimming lessons. Way too noisy. It's a 20 mts pool... Only two full lenght lanes. The changing rooms (at least the male one) reflect the pool status during busy days. The Gym Is OK, never packed, a quite environment over all. A normal gym with the pool as a bonus (when available). I would remark the gym is cleaner than average, even if a good refurbishment would be welcome.

Negative experience: Not very helpful, enquired about family membership, wanted to charge €20 for a day pass, I've never heard of a gym not letting you have a free pass before joining. Would be happy enough paying €10 but €20 is a bit much.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and kids friendly swimming pool. Water is very clean and warm. Plenty of space in changing room and also includes family changing room. Stephen's team is always very friendly and accommodating always willing to help with all our needs. We are regular visitors and we never had an issue here.

Positive experience: Good spacious work out areas, but the changing rooms and showers really need some refurbishment. There's old mold and you can smell it when you walk in.

What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Sky, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Negative experience: How this place is not shut down is crazy due lots of hazards like few machine's broken and not in use very tight changing rooms and more than once the pool is filthy dirty with a long streak of brown dirt (or at least i hope it's dirt) stretching from two ends of the pool at the bottom of the floor. One time the entire pool was dark green from not been cleaned hairdryers never work always large poodles of water in the changing room big tear in the roof in the pool area and one time i member seeing a large centiapede crawling on the floor in the gym. pure disgraceful no members ever on the floor. No shame no care goes into this facilties DO NOT COME HERE!!!!.

Fantastic experience: Dear Maldron Hotel Team, I recently visited the Maldron Hotel and wished to use the swimming pool. Initially, I had difficulty locating it, but a young staff member in the gym kindly approached me and offered assistance without me even having to ask. I believe his name was Sku. He guided me to the pool area and helped me arrange a swimming hat and towel from reception. His proactive and courteous service made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you for providing such excellent service. I look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic experience: Club Vitae Tallaght consistently delivers a positive fitness experience. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, with the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi functioning reliably. Any equipment issues appear to result from user error rather than maintenance failures. The staff provide excellent customer service, and I would particularly like to commend George for his consistently positive interactions with members. Fantastic experience: Владельцам плевать. Всё держится на персонале. Видимо главное для владелца гостиница. А зря, могли бы зарабатывать, я платил бы в 2 раза больше если бы изменили несколько моментов. 1 Должен быть санитарный день, когда моют не только полы но все поверхности с химией. (Достаточно раз в мес) Хотя в "немытой России" это обязателно каждый пн.. И в этот день закрыто для посетителей. Ну а пока как есть В душевых, туалетах и раздевалках углы которые похоже не мыли никогда. 2 Возможно душ по американским стандартам дешево и практично для владельца но для посетителя напротив, для того чтобы смыть мыло (с таким слабым напором воды) наверное нужно встать на руки прямо в кабинке. В таком душе как минимум должно быть давление воды способное смывать а не ополаскивать. 3 Пожалуйста не кладите хлорку в фильтры джакузи наугад, и так много. Прочтите инструкцию от производителя насоса. Кладите хлорку по инструкции глаза и лёгкие раздражает. 4 Доступ к тренажёрам и душевым можно организовать 24/7. (Можете подсмотреть как реализовано у финской сети fitness24/7) Бесит тот факт что персонал хочет домой больше чем ты и неприветливо размахивает шваброй прямо у твоих ног как бы намекая, пора, пора. Одновременный выход, посетителей и персонала это вообще моветон, минимум через 15 или 30 мин персонал должен покинуть здание) . 5 Кодндиционирование помещений без окон должно работать и быть обслужено. По факту в зале кардио только в зоне растяжки ощущается холодок и он там НЕ к месту! За то над велотренажёрами и беговыми дорожками жарко и душно 6 Закупка новых, дешовых тренажеров. (половина ампдитуды холостое движение) Это уже заставило меня начать поиск другого спорт зала. Друзья, это HORECA бизнес сектор и в этом бизнесе клиент и его настрение ваш приоритет. Спроектирован и построен прилично но операционка, дно. Желаю вам развития от всего сердца. Я не буду добавлять фото грязных мест, просто из сочувстивия персоналу. Ведь это не они решают. Сомневаюсь что дешевый абонемент это преимущество, наоборот получается весь район наполнен дешевыми залами с куцым сервисом. Займите уже нишу чуть выше, тем более что бассейн только у вас. Остальные "конкуренты" догадались осушить их ради мешков для бокса

Positive experience: Just using the pool service for the kid, very busy and crowded. The hair dryer which is present don’t work. Can be managed more efficiently.

Negative experience: I used this gym on a few hotel stays recently and it is a poor set-up. Most of the barbells and racks are rusting which will result in a serious accident (and probably a claim) one of these days. Plus the main gym floor has STANK of illegal drugs on numerous occasions and it was obvious what was going on to any staff member.

Negative experience: Really disgusting facilities..human farces in the shower and pool regularly...staff members on the phone texting in the changing room while the place is absolutely filthy ... manager is a disgrace...staff members not interested and just sit at the front desk ..no staff on the gym floor.. disgusting place .. unsafe and unequipped for swimming classes..no privacy..naked old men and kids all changing together with no privacy.. avoid avoid avoid

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. Lots of high quality equipment. The pool is a bit small for the size of the gym but good facilities. Sauna and steamroll never to busy. Fantastic place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

Negative experience: Horrible place! Dirty beyond belief. There’s no hand sanitizer anywhere, and not even soap in any of the bathrooms. I brought this up with the guy at reception, but he brushed it off, saying the cleaner wouldn’t be there until 11:30 to replace it. I asked him if it didn’t bother him that people are unable to wash their hands after using the bathroom or finishing their workout, and he just shrugged, saying it’s 'not his job' because he's 'not the cleaner.' What a joke of a place! Totally unacceptable hygiene standards for a gym. Avoid if you care about cleanliness!

Negative experience: Horrible experience ever since I signed up. People working at the front desk simply don't care. The pool is never available for members. The sauna is tiny and the steam room usually is not working at all. However the thing that bugs me the most is their changing room - absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I'm a member in the gym in tallaght since January. I box all my life, so I have been in most gyms around. I like this gym, the staff are friendly and wat 2 help. Ex. Today I asked James a pt on the floor. Why I was loosing weight, when I'm trying 2 go up. He went out of his way 2 go trough diets, supplements and even, did me a rough diagram of what I need to be doing. Every staff member is the same, wanting 2 help. All equipment is grade A. Great swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Locker room was newly done up. Gym is akjways tidy and clean, a big factor 4 me. So anybody wanting to train, I highly recommend this gym. Only bad thing, price is lillte bit higher then other places, but you get what you pay for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way.

Negative experience: The gym was so much better 7 years ago, it's gone to the dogs now sadly. For such a tiny pool too many people book swimming lessons , to the point there's no room in the locker rooms , and the parents of the children who most wouldn't even be members don't know basic manners in the gym locker room. They crowd and pack specifically the female area in the gym, honestly it's so frustrating, some even spending over 15 minutes in a shower when the showers are limited and standing around the shower, when people who are members are waiting to use the shower post to workout. I was literally bullied and harassed by a parent who. Was accompanying their child on a swimming lesson, just trying to access my locker. The lockers don't even lock properly. The only redeeming traits of this gym is the classes, cleaners are also rude and unfriendly.. don't join this gym I regret it..

Negative experience: Good coaches get sacked because of poor management at the club. I have been a member of your club since January 2024 . A few weeks ago you completely changed the services provided by the club to its members. They left only two days of training per week instead of six Full Body Circut and HIIT, they deleted Strength and Conditioning and reduced the training time from 45 to 30 minutes. But even these training sessions are not organised if there are less than two people in the class. So since the introduction of the new training schedule they have not held a single training session for which I was signed up. I am not satisfied with the quality of service .The fact that the pool is constantly visited by visitors in street shoes is already a small thing

Negative experience: Not a good suitable place for a mom/baby swim. Place is not easy access, you can't go with pram because there are stairs until charging room, there is no entrance from the car park so you have to walk until the street front entrance with baby in the lap or carrier ( cuz u can't take the pram), toilet don't have place to change the babies or leave him wile you change ( you have to leave in the floor, that is obviously wet). I am glad I went for a trial before paying all the classes cuz I would never come back to that place!

Negative experience: Flee elsewhere !!! The service provided by this gym does not correspond to the service sold. For all swimmers, stay away from this gym !!! You'll never be able to swim in peace, thanks to swimming lessons that always finish late (several hours late) and even outside the scheduled times. Ps : A very strict staff that isn't very understanding with the customers, with a few exceptions…

Positive experience: Great gym, love the equipments and all the gym staff, is super sweet and helpful in everyway. Total value for money, the only drawback is the swimming area, I often see people spitting around, and the jacuzzi isn’t working a lot many times as well as the steam.

Positive experience: The Gym is really good and clean but the club part- Many times either the steam or jacuzzi is not working and also the shower area is not so clean! Other than that its really reasonably priced and good too!

Positive experience: Joined for the year and I love it so far! Just annoying some of the lockers don’t work and steam room hasn’t worked since the new year! But other than that the staff are lovely and helpful.. Quiet gym don’t feel embarrassed or uncomfortable

Negative experience: Save your money! Go somewhere else. Worst gym. Try a different one to get the value of what you're paying. Even if you bring your locks,the lockers are all broken 99% BROKEN!. The steam room and jacuzzi are out of commission for weeks. So it's not worth the membership. And it's a cycle. A yearly thing. Nothing gets fixed. People get cramped on a sauna as they have no other option to relax. They might be deliberately doing it to save money. I wish there's 0 star option.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs, the worst gym in Dublin. Went here to give it a try with the intention off signing up for the year. As i liked the idea of having the use of the pool after a workout. Payed €20 for a day pass, the guy on the desk lied and said that there was no classes on and the pool would be free. Gym equipment was awful, machines not working, plates & bars are older than me, very shabby. The pool, when I went was full of kids doing classes. Both lanes were blocked off. Overall a really disapointing experience, not to blame the staff on the state of the facility, but they had no customer care skills. Just shows how badly the place is managed. Only gave one star as there is no option for ZERO.

Negative experience: If you are interested to use the club to swim, give up. I became a member a couple weeks ago and I am already regretted, there is a big lack of organisation and the pool it is small and shallow. all the time busy by the swim classes that it doesn't respect the time table and finish when the club close.

Fantastic experience: Бассейн и спортзал в одном месте. 2 сауны и джакузи. Абонемент по адекватной цене. Различные варианты. Можно посетить комплекс разово. Детские групповые плавательные занятия проходят каждый день. Разновозрастные группы. Индивидуальные занятия с тренером. Очень понравилось . Рекомендую! Ходим третий месяц.

Fantastic experience: Have been training with Joanne as my PT. I’ve been very impressed with how we have progressed. Each week getting stronger and stronger and I enjoy turning up for our PT sessions. Joanne has given me a lot of confidence and knowledge of all the equipment in the gym and which ones work best for my needs.

Constantly packed day a night. I came back to club Vitae got a lovey warm welcome on arrival an I’m so happy I rejoined. The staff is amazing a the manager also. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. I've been a member for almost a year now and I can honestly say, it dosent feel like work. The staff and lovely and in particular Joanne. I had PT sessions with her and she made them fun but she is not afraid to push you to get the best out of you. My favourite part is her Pilates class on Monday evenings...again she creates a fun enviornment and you dont realise you are working out (until the pain the next day!!!) Katie

Negative experience: I was a member a few years ago and I done a day pass , the staff were no use talk about introverted . All the equipment is very old and broken. I spoke to the manager about the pricing as it didn't make sense like 75 for a month which is 900 or 470 for an Annual pass , he was very curt/short with me and when he spoke to his staff he was very aggressive and Reactive towards them. overall not a nice place at all.

Negative experience: Staff were unhelpful and not very interested in talking about new membership. No visible leadership. I ultimately got a better, cleaner, well run gym locally for a better price, so they probably did me a favour.

Positive experience: Many of the equipment doesn't work properly the pool and spa area is nice it was very busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Positive experience: Really happy with their gym. They simply have the best lineup of equipment I've seen & in fantastic condition. Thought they were a bit pricey at first but then realised how much it's worth it after seeing their gym. The sauna & steam room are a tad tiny. 3-4 people fit max. Their jacuzzi was also out of order. One thing to watch out for is their lockers. You have to bring your own lock, but you'll find that only 5-10% of the lockers are actually operational & lockable. No shampoo in showers & no plastic bags either for wet items.

Negative experience: very poor service I was attacked by another customer for reporting him flooding the sauna with water. when the customer started to be aggressive, the manager got scared and gave me up. The service dozen't care. If you don't want to be nervous, choose another place.

Negative experience: Place is not worth it price at all , only one water station , jackuzzi never work , lockers are broken swimming pool close at 8.30pm also no chance use it on weekend as full of kids from early morning till close

Negative experience: I joined the Club Vitae a few weeks ago. I am very shocked at the state of disrepair of this facility. The lockers in the changing room are devastated and only a few of them can be used. The water in the pool has not been changed for a long time, the jacuzzi is broken and nobody has fixed it for several months. The clubhouse is dirty and has not been renovated for a long time. Probably there is no manager there to reliably resolve the above problems or the manager is there but does completely nothing? I am very sad as I have known this club since 2010 and know that it used to be a top class facility.

Fantastic experience: As a foreigner who just recently moved at Dublin, Tallaght I was looking for a great gym. I tried looking for almost every gym/ fitness clubs around the are and found out club vitae -tallaght offers the best deals. Me and my wife started out fitness journey last july 2022 and with the help of the staff, the facility’s equipment including the sauna and pool, surely there’s no other gym better than club vitae tallaght. It’s my first gym in tallaght, dublin and I’m happy to say that I’ll be renewing my membership for the next couple of years to come. Shout out to the every staff of the gym who’s been accommodating to us for the very first day. Equipment (variety and availability)- 9/10 Cleanliness-10/10 Water available for drink - 10/10 Music sounds- 10/10
