Fitness at the BodyShaper

Fitness at the BodyShaper is an online fitness boutique for women. All our services are now online so women can workout and achieve their fitness goals in the safety of their own home yet still enjoy the banter of group fitness classes. Fitness at the BodyShaper supports women of all fitness levels.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed an online space where women can workout and enjoy it too. If you are reading this, I believe you are ready to take the plunge and join our  Monthly Membership.

We have a wide variety of classes to suit your fitness needs and all are tailored to suit the complete beginner or the fitness fanatic. You Monthly Membership gives you access to all classes but it also provides you with your own fitness family for support and encouragement.  

Taking part in our Online Fitness Class has never been easier. Once you have purchased your membership you will receive daily emails with the links for classes. Our classes are provided over Zoom. You can download the Zoom app on your phone or laptop. When you click your link for class, you will be directed to your Zoom app ready to join for class. ​

There are many similar classes happening right now, but none are quite like Fitness at the BodyShaper. Our focus is to help you improve your fitness levels and get you on the road to feeling confident in yourself. We have something really special here and I'm so proud to be part of it. We are a team. There is no judgement only encouragement. I have the pleasure to train with the best bunch of women there is and we are ready to welcome you.
