Fantastic experience: Glenroyal Hotel was beautiful, all the staff i.e. front of house, catering and dining, chamber maids, leisure centre everyone was polite, friendly, helpful and professional in their conduct. We came down for breakfast just before closing on our first morning and the manager welcomed and served us effortlessly. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable and memorable, we will definitely sing your praises and refer Glenroyal Hotel as the place to stay in Dublin, its also easy to get to from the airport and easy access to the City centre. Definitely a first choice of Hotels to stay in Dunblin, reasonable price, very clean rooms and just perfect all round. Best regards, Room 176 & 179

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely stay here for mother's day, great variety at breakfast, a great dinner and plenty to choose from on the cocktail menu, the facials and massage were fantastic and all the staff are friendly and genuine, great value, I'd definitely recommend it for a stay.

Fantastic experience: Adored Shoda Market Cafe. Been there so often lately I'm embarrassed to say. Beautiful food, staff, cleanliness. Tried Sasta nearby but found it too busy, kids kicking a ball beside where we ate, lots of weeds growing beside tables. Wasn't for us.

Fantastic experience: Great club, friendly staff and instructors with a good selection of classes and facilities. Car park can be a bit of a nightmare at times, but it has improved in recent weeks.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for a family break. Only back after 2 nights stay with my little family including an infant. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Food was lovely in both Arkle restaurant and Skoda café, and it's very central with 2 shopping centre within walking distance. Fews shops and pharmacy on spot. Playground/park across the road. Kids had a great time in swimming pool and kids club.Due to current situation, we had to book swimming pool and dinner in advance. Just make sure you check again at reception for the bookings as 1 night dinner wasn't on the system but luckily we got a table. We will definitely stay here again :) Thank you

Fantastic experience: Just had, son , here in hotel - had a fabulous steak , service , top notch - lovely server - very friendly and welcoming ,and to top it all off the server (Maria) had spotted my son opening a birthday and brought in a lovely cake with a candle and sang -happy birthday- really impressed and would highly recommend a visit to the Glenroyal Hotel.

Fantastic experience: We had a small family get-together for a birthday dinner in Arkle restaurant at the Glenroyal Hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, decorating our table with balloons and stars, and storing our birthday cake in the fridge. The service before, during and after was excellent. The food was top quality, fresh and delicious. It was also beautifully presented. A great place for a special occasion dinner, or a weekend treat.

Fantastic experience: Big hotel and its like a maze inside it. A bit more signage would help. Rooms very comfortable. Staff really nice and helpful. Sports facilities were good. Probably had the nicest breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. A good hotel that i would recommend - well done to staff and management.

Fantastic experience: I just want to highlight the level of customer service that Callum from Reception has provided for me each and every time I have rang up the hotel. He has honestly been one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. Callum has such a warm and friendly approach on the phone, which is a skill in itself, as phone consultations are tricky to master but not for this lad. He not only has this approach but he has made me feel like I can ask any questions big or small and he is only happy to listen and help with any enquiry each time I have called. He is exactly what you would want on front of house in any business. I am so looking forward to my second visit at the Glenroyal Hotel. Thank you to him for making my booking an easy one. 10/10 service.

Fantastic experience: At a wedding event here and it was lovely..food was gorgeous. The hotel was very busy and they did appear short staffed long wait for food or drinks but thoes that were ther were nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Lovely multi-faceted pool and changing facility at the hotel. It gets quite busy at times. But, what a great way to relax! The NOA Spa staff Natasha and Pamela are truly fabulous. They were able to communicate with me through some torturous phone and email connections, and fit me in at a last minute opening! The hotel serves an all-encompassing breakfast for a very reasonable price, considering the variety. I visited strictly as a day booking at the Leisure Center, but was so pleased that we subsequently booked a 2 night stay a week later. I will definitely return upon my next Irish visit!

Positive experience: Great swimming with two pools, sauna steam room hydrospa, one pool family, great for kids, even swimming lessons. Also a state of the art gym with fitness studios and classes going on all the time. Nice friendly staff, too.

Fantastic experience: Took the family here for 3 nights at the start of July and can honestly say it was one of the nicest hotel breaks we have ever had. The hotel is absolutely spotless and from the moment you step foot inside the door you will be greeted by friendly staff members. We booked a package deal with the hotel which include a night's dinner. I never really expect much when a dinner is included in the price as its always a set menu, but this was surprisingly different. It was a set menu but the options on it were great, giving plenty of choices per course. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, professional, and very reasonably priced – it was that nice we cancelled our other reservations and dined here for the full three nights. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and the restaurant itself was beautiful. On a side note their Baileys Salted Carmel Espresso Martini was epic! With us we had our two children and each night Lennie the Lion brought them milk and cookies. They also attended the kids club which was on from 5:30-7:00, they played games did arts and crafts they loved it. The hotel also runs a movie night for the kids from 7:30- 9:00, here the kids got popcorn and sweets and we were able to enjoy quieter dinner lol. We will definitely return to this hotel it was amazing!

Fantastic experience: I've been to the spa and the pool here a good few times. Both very nice. Natasha and Sarah are both great masseuses.

Fantastic experience: It was one of my best stays so far, dinner was briliant and breakfast was very nice either. Room was better then was mine expectations for that price we paid. Swimming pool was georgeous and we will enjoy it more with jacuzzi but covid do not let us use this opurtunity. Surely I will visit this place soon and more often. Fantastic experience: Room was decent size, good quality, only issue is we were near some generator that was just slightly noisy during the night. Service was great - staff were excellent. Location also very good close to Maynooth town and uni. I think hotel did a great job of adapting to social distancing with hand sanitizer throughout the ground floor, and seating spread out more. Next time I'll be sure to use the leisure facilities - looked amazing.

Fantastic experience: Went to Shoda to pick up afternoons Tea takeaway sets for a 40th surprise. Definitely worth the cost, food exactly as ordered for fussy eaters {me :-) }. Cake and trust were georgous and really fresh.

Fantastic experience: A great family orientated hotel. This will our second visit and even though we was in the middle of covit 19 we had a fantastic time. Would recommend this hotel for a good family get a way plus not far away from Tayto Park.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of staying here a couple of weeks back. We brought 2 small children and they also loved it. Pool was lovely and clean and we all felt safe using it. I also used they gym which had all I needed and very well organised. Our room was perfect and very spacious. The breakfast was just class from Shoda. Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel the staff are a joy the rooms are spotless and spacious. The breakfast is lovely cant comment on evening meals did not dine there. There is live music in the bar area the band I heard the time I stayed were brilliant. There is a large swimming pool swim caps required and spa treatments available. Great venue for weddings

Had a great laugh about teenagers with her as we are staying with a 14yr old girl!! She will know what I mean. We will definitely be back. Room is super (105) ..

Fantastic experience: Stayed in this hotel in Jan and was very pleased with the hotel and service, unfortunately had problems with shower and had burned myself, we had complained about it and the girl at reception was very nice and said she would sort it out, as we had decided to stay there again for the weekend just gone we were upgraded to a beautiful room and had breakfast thrown in, I have to commend the staff at glen royal there customer care was fantastic and especially have to mention Cesar who worked at the restaurant made us feel very welcome and was so friendly and delivered a fantastic service. I would highly recommend this hotel to people and will stay here again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Visited about a month ago now but the place is nice. First room was a bit small for my liking so I up graded to a bigger room. The food was delicious both nights. Staff where lovely. Breakfast not so good don't recommend it. Pools are lovely. They have 2 pools, 1 is for adults only. Location good just around the corner from the town. Would stay again.

Fantastic experience: Great local leisure club. I swim there every day. Two pools and changing rooms. Very friendly, helpful and hard-working staff. Great opening hours too especially at Christmas. Large gym upstairs with lots of classes
