Black Dragon Cavan Martial Arts was established in Cavan 15 years ago. Our club is fully affiliated and ran under the rules and codes of conduct of the International Kickboxing Federation, Kickboxing Ireland & IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation). Both male and female coaches have been trained to the highest standards and hold black belts in various different styles martial arts. Our coaches have over 35 years of experience of martial arts between them, they also hold numerous coaching qualifications in fitness, personal training and nutrition. Black Dragons Cavan strive to bring out the best in each student by building on the body and the mind through the activities of martial arts.
