Cavan Crystal Hotel

Fantastic experience: Rooms were overbooked and to rectify the issue we were given an upgrade on our room. The room was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Would definitely return.

Fantastic experience: As always our stay here was lovely. Staff are so nice from reception, to bar, to restaurant. Lovely manager who goes out of his way, going around the guests checking everything is good,even this morning at breakfast he was there going around each table. Really makes a big difference. It's not many hotels that go to those lengths. Food was gorgeous. Can not fault this hotel. Already planning our next trip away there.

Fantastic experience: Room was nice, food really good. Our 2 year old had a bowl of the kids pasta for only 4.95 € which he absolutely loved. Only downside was that the room was super hot at night and the sofa in it was rather uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: The hotel was visually appealing and the rooms were kept clean. The hotel is conveniently placed beside a bunch of shops and very close to Cavan Town. The food at the Atrium Bar was excellent although a little pricey. And the breakfast was good too. I would definitely go back

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this hotel enough. Fantastic food and such friendly bar and breakfast staff. In particular danielle and a couple of others who's names we didn't catch unfortunately. So friendly for such young staff. The manager Michael and the bar manager were also super helpful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel. Receptionist, bar staff, accommodation assistants everyone of them was very friendly and helpful. Throughout the hotel was spotless. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. 100% we will stay in this hotel again.

Fantastic experience: I rarely leave reviews but with Crystal Hotel I felt I had to. The hotel itself is lovely and very clean but it's the staff's friendliness that stood out. Not sure how the owner/manager managed to get so many nice people but it shows! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Just back from a fantastic weekend break for our wedding anniversary booked this hotel on the recommendation of a friend Cannot recommend enough great value for money we booked two nights bed and breakfast with an evening meal and we actually upgraded to a suite after speaking with the lively Laura on reception who sorted it all out for us Staff very friendly and the manager Michael was an absolute diamond also big shout out to young Ava who looked after us in the bar and John on the breakfasts That good of a hotel I'm actually going to book a family room and being the kids next time Thankyou again to all the staff who made our stay so memorable

Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel. Staff were so friendly, chatty and helpful. Hotel is spotless clean. Bed and pillows so warm and cosy and soft but still had plenty of support. Food really good.

Fantastic experience: From "check in" to "check out" the whole experience was exceptional. Great service from all of the staff who were attentive but not overbearing. The suite was clean and very comfortable. Dinner in the Atrium Bar was fantastic, again wonderful staff with a great menu catering for all tastes. I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend the Cavan Crystal to anyone.

It was all about what we wanted to do and what suited us. Nothing was a problem. We decided to reschedule for September and went ahead with just family. Our day was so special and all the staff in the Cavan Crystal were outstanding and went above and beyond to give us the best day possible. From the moment we arrived we were looked after so well. Everything was perfect. The room decor, the service and the attention to detail. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone commented on how fabulous it was. We would highly recommend the Cavan Crystal hotel for any couples looking for a wedding venue. It's a beautiful venue for photos too, no matter what the weather. A huge thanks to all the staff for the outstanding service they gave us on our unforgettable day, especially Irene & Una. Looking forward to being back soon to enjoy a nice relaxing night away. Fantastic experience: The staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I was there with my mum for 3 nights, the food was excellent, rooms spotless, no worries about covid in this hotel, cleaning station's everywhere, and staff always around clean, stairway, floors and banister's. The price was very good for what we got, breakfast every morning and one evening meal included... it was worth the 3 & a half hour drive from Cork.
