Fantastic experience: Great gym, all the machine you need for a good work. The swimming pool is a great size and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are great to finish off your workout

Negative experience: ASKED SOMEONE ABOUT LOCKERS, WAS LOOKED AT IN COMPLETE DISDAIN, ARE YOU OK ?? GYM SPACE TOO SMALL ALSO, COMPLETE JOKE

Negative experience: We always had a good time in the pool with the children, but this last time, we didn’t even have time to swim properly when we were asked to leave because the time had run out. Other people with same bracelets, like ours, were left in the pool. And bracelets issued selectively, not to everyone. Complete discrimination, this has never earlier happened here. No one warned us at any time, our small children were very upset. If we had known about this, we wouldn’t even have entered. The pool was not crowded, you need to warn in advance about the new conditions.

Negative experience: We always go to the pool as a family, we usually take a family package for €24.50. This Sunday, as usual, anywhere not in a hurry came. However, after a while, a member of staff approached us and told us that we should leave the pool already because our time was up. They could not explain anything to us at the reception desk, we were not informed or warned about anything before the purchase. At the same time, there were few people in the pool, it was quiet and not crowded. Very disappointed with this attitude and unprofessional approach. At the same time, there were two more families with us, our acquaintances, with the same colored bracelets, who arrived at the same time as us. Nobody didn't even say them anything about their time. We are all amazed by this service in that day. If you have now such rules, why did you leave others in the pool with the same color bracelets? Why did you make my children feel violated in their rights and opportunities.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always so helpful and friendly. There are people working there who have been there years and this shows great loyalty. Equipment is serviced well and kept up to date. My lassie loves her swimming lessons with Ella too :) Highly recommend :)

Negative experience: any chance of you replacing the bulbs in the floodlights on the astro pitches? there is always one out of the 4 not working, this is dangerous, especially in winter.

Fantastic experience: This is my first day back at Aqua Arobics, since covid started. I enjoyed it so much. Absolutely wonderful workout. The Staff are amazing as always. They are so cheerful and professional. Lovely to see them all again. The facilities were spotless. Plenty of sanitisers available. All very well maintained. It was a pleasure to be back !!

Fantastic experience: Always made welcome and aided using their special host for a full time wheelchair user as I am , never have felt being a nuisance go to the 40 minute duration in the larger pool always with staff from a National Organisation , one of their branches based in Carrick on Shannon for wheelchair users and people with other physical conditions .

Fantastic experience: Excellent pool for lessons, the kiddies pool is sectioned into 2 for the smaller kiddies and is very safe. There are always lifeguards on duty and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The dressing rooms are always clean and there are quite a few family changing rooms.
