Fuimos buscando un sitio para entrenar un dia y lo que encontramos fue atencion personalizada, asistencia y pasion por este deporte. Gracias Mat por hacer que David tuviera esta gran experiencia entrenando en Irlanda y le deis una razón mas para volver por aquí. Espero que podamos repetir pronto.

Fantastic experience: Been part is the Team since it started. BJJ and MMA have played a huge role in my life. Coaches Myles and Ryan are very experienced highly intelligent coaches in the game. Would recommend the gym to anybody looking to improve their fitness and meet new people.

Fantastic experience: My son started in January 2022 and I can't recommend coaches Dom and Jp enough for their kids Jiu-jitsu classes. The time and patience that they put in with each and every child is just brilliant. It's a brilliant way to help teach kids about the importance of team work, community and respect. Again, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Team Ryano isn't a gym, it's a community. Never felt uncomfortable or anxious during classes or training. It's about steady improvement with excellent coaches to support you and help you stay accountable to yourself along the way. Brilliant kids BJJ coaching as well. Fantastic experience: Since joining the team I've noticed a big difference in myself the diversity of the training has helped with pretty much all aspects of my life from work to relationships with people. Brilliant value for money with expertise from professional mixed martial artist and trainers. Something for all levels of fitness. Also does mental fitness training and personal development witch is something I found missing from everywhere else. Witch is a big part of the game and something people don't think about.

The lads off an amazing facility to begin your journey in, the classes are suited to everyone old/young & male/female of all ability's. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is warm and friendly and you immediately feel like you are park of the family.
