Also does mental fitness training and personal development witch is something I found missing from everywhere else. Witch is a big part of the game and something people don't think about.

The lads off an amazing facility to begin your journey in, the classes are suited to everyone old/young & male/female of all ability's. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is warm and friendly and you immediately feel like you are park of the family.
