Fantastic experience: Dropped in here on a Tuesday night unannounced and I was extremely impressed with what I found. The gym itself is sparkling clean, well-lit, warm but retains the feel of a rustic, bare bones CrossFit environment. The equipment was ideal, clean bars, relatively new. The coach Maurice was incredibly welcoming and introduced me to the class. I felt looked after throughout the workout and his advice was practical and delivered in a way that made it easy to work with. There were athletes of varying abilities in the class and the workout was tailored to each individuals levels and needs. I'd highly recommend this gym to prospective members and blow-ins alike.
