Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, excellent range of equipment. Very convenient opening hours, 7am -7pm Saturday and Sunday umatched anywhere in clonmel. Excellent for shift workers or those who keep unsociable hours. Great range of drinks, protein powders etc. best time to go it outside of peak hours 5-7pm

Positive experience: Very good gym, plenty of equipment. But 2 minuses one general and another just my prefference. 1: if the equipment is getting fixed, not necessary will be fixed to work properly. 3 crossovers from 5 have one side tighter than another. When doing both sides exercise, you can feel the difference. Tried to tell this to the personnel, was advised that will be fixed, and 3 months later is still the same. The chair of the bench for the bicepsis just fixed with a screw in one position. For a more tall guy is extremely uncomfortable to use it. 2. Sometimes too loud music. Not bad music at all just extremely loud, sometimes i want to listen my own in the headphones and with my headphones i can hear the music from the gym. This is just personal prefference. -2 stars for the equipment not being fixed how it should Otherwise good gym. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: One of the greatest gyms I've ever been too. A truly elite level gym. Absolutely everything you could possibly want in a gym and unbelievable value. It's not often you get the best quality at the lowest price. And Evan and the lads working there won't steer you wrong. Absolutely bang on team. Excellent gym. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Massive gym, has everything you could need for bodybuilding, powerlifting or Olympic lifting. There are rigs and rings for calisthenics or gymnastics too. Plenty of space and machines all times of the day, though the free weights section is often busy. The opening hours are good too. Protein shakes that they make are delish.

Fantastic experience: My biggest fear of going back to a gym was over crowding and cleanliness as I'm sure it is for a lot of people. I couldn't be happier I chose Xtreme in Clonmel. On the day I joined I walked into a wonderful clean smell. Social distancing on machines was the norm and a self clean process in place. On top of that, they have people constantly patrolling and cleaning machines not in use too just in case The staff are always around to help, provide smoothies, protein bars and a plethora of drinks from energy drinks to water and all the pre work outs in-between Each member of staff is qualified in personal training and offer advice and help when needed. All this is what I would expect from a very well run gym. What I didn't see coming was how people that frequent the gym are all there to grow and get healthy and strong. The energy in the gym is one of growth, others are spotting each other when needed and even pulling the bar off my chest when I pushed a tad too much I couldn't be more positive about Xtreme and if you are looking for a gym that offers space, the machines/free weights, showering facilities. Even weekly classes to get that extra workout in are available. I would wholeheartedly suggest Xtreme. I have the freedom to work out and the support to help if needed.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly,skilled and helpfull staff. A lot of classes to take part to. A lot of new and cool workout machines. They do proteins shakes on the spot to. There are locker rooms with showers and a carpark in front of the gym. Monthly membership is only 44.99 which is very cheap considering the size and the equipment of the gym

Positive experience: I would give it 5 Stars out of 5 only for two reasons , its absolutely freezing there from Oct-March. I can literally see the Breath Vapor when i am working out. Im guessing because they have a Heated Spin class they cant afford to heat the rest of the gym. The other reason i knocked a star off was the state of the Dressing room. The urinals are in full view of where you get dressed. I dont expect privacy but i doubt its very hygienic and its just odd. Apart from those reasons its very spacious and tidy. PS Please heat the gym up a lot more and dont charge €13 for one visit. Its ridiculously expensive when you dont even have a swimming pool or sauna.
