Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I live in America, came here to train when I was over visiting family. Great vibe, no attitude. They have the strength equipment you need. Lalas brothers are globally competitive strongmen - I chatted with Vytautas for a while, very friendly and engaging. I would absolutely go back.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t say enough good things about Top Performance Kilkenny. The lads are sound, really know their stuff, and make you feel welcome from day one. The sessions are tough in the best way, and you actually see progress without feeling judged or out of place. Great vibe, great people, and top results. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about going to a gym in Kilkenny.

Fantastic experience: Used this gym when i was working in the area on a site and had to stay down. Great little find, as other people have said, place is spotless, no damaged equipment out on show. Only gym i have come accross that actually has a bulgarian split squat stand. Also has some deadly cable attachments that are made to fit your grip perfectly unlike the usual run of the mill ones.

Fantastic experience: I visited a few gyms in the city before choosing this one. The owners care about maintaining the quality of the gym floor. It's always clean and the equipment is very well maintained. Never overcrowded when I was there in the mornings, and the atmosphere was perfect for working out in. Keep up the great effort lads.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Great find while traveling. I bought a couple of day passes during my stay and had a great experience lifting and chatting with the owner (world class athlete/strongman/arm wrestler).

Fantastic experience: All round brilliant experience. I got a day pass (€10) and it is great value. Great selection of plate loaded machines and dumbbells. It is fantastic to see staff members (strongmen world champions) using the gym equipment and they give valuable advice and are very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Top Performance Gym having been a member of several other gyms over the years. It is by far my favourite weight training gym in Kilkenny. They have a great selection of machines and equipment all maintained in excellent condition. The gym is very well equipped with a nice variety of members. It is always spotlessly cleaned and it is clear to see the owners take great pride in their premises. The Lalas brothers are elite altheletes themselves and always on hand to provide information and advice to both new and regular members. You can see they have built up a great rapport with their regular members over the years. There are highly skilled personal trainers available for those who need a little motivation or direction to get them kickstarted. The gym is conveniently located making it easy to access with plenty of parking available outside. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym to help push on their fitness goals. Pop in for a look, you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: It took me months to convince myself to join Top Performance Fitness but boy am I glad I did! As someone who has found gyms quite daunting, both Vytautas & Marius have been so welcoming and helpful, giving guidance where it's needed. They take pride in what they do and always have the place so clean! Without a doubt it has to be the cleanest gym in Kilkenny! With such a positive atmosphere, I never regret a workout!

The facilities and equipment are top class and the guys couldn't do more for you, whether its advice or a good laugh you're after. Great community spirit among the members and lots of top quality personal trainers. Just give it a week here and you will see why it's a step ahead of the rest!
