Fantastic experience: Best gym in Kilkenny by far with great equipment and friendly and helpful owners. Always a great atmosphere in the gym no matter the time of day, but never overcrowded either. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town. Everything is brand new, clean and kept to a high standard. Great atmosphere for all levels of training. The owners have a wealth of experience regarding training, nutrition etc. Also they are sound and make you feel very welcome which is rare in other gyms I have been in.

Fantastic experience: Since I joined Top Performance gym over a year ago it has been the most welcoming gym atmosphere I have experienced. There is an excellent range of equipment, all in perfect condition. The owners Vytautas and Marius are super friendly and helpful, and the gym is always very clean and tidy. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: It took me months to convince myself to join Top Performance Fitness but boy am I glad I did! As someone who has found gyms quite daunting, both Vytautas & Marius have been so welcoming and helpful, giving guidance where it's needed. They take pride in what they do and always have the place so clean! Without a doubt it has to be the cleanest gym in Kilkenny! With such a positive atmosphere, I never regret a workout!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym in Kilkenny. Such a welcoming positive and fun environment. It is also very well equipped with everything you would need. The owners could not be nicer and are always on hand with advice on anything gym related, nutrition or goal setting.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Kilkenny. Been a member over 6 months now and can't recommend them enough. Owners go above and beyond the call of duty, great atmosphere and plenty of equipment for all training levels. All the fitness instructors are experienced and have a wealth of knowledge.

The facilities and equipment are top class and the guys couldn't do more for you, whether its advice or a good laugh you're after. Great community spirit among the members and lots of top quality personal trainers. Just give it a week here and you will see why it's a step ahead of the rest!

The two owners who are elite level strongmen have unbelievable knowledge when it comes to anything regarding health and fitness ! The Two of them are absolute gentlemen! The equipment is the the highest standard I’ve used , it is always clean and the Environment is extremely friendly and welcoming ! Could not recommend a better place gym ! And the location of the gym itself if perfect for people who work and study respectfully! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Using this Gym Since it opened in 2015 and have Stayed Since. No need to feel intimated in this Gym as everyone is everyone on there own fitness Journey. Two Very Welcoming Owners that provide a Good Gym atmosphere and plenty of training equipment to Fulfil your training needs!! All round top Gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous gym. Best gym in Kilkenny with an amazing atmosphere. The Pt are great and full of knowledge always friendly and very welcoming. The owners are great guys with loads off helpful hints and always on hand to guide you through any type off work out. Such a friendly place that I can not recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect with plenty off parking too. Definately a must if you are thinking off joining a gym! ❤

The Lalas brother are absolute gentleman with years of experience between them. U will not be disappointed for sure. Fantastic experience: I've been in most gyms in Kilkenny but Top Performance wins hands down! The staff are so friendly and helpful and there is always a cracking atmosphere! The gym itself, including equipment is immaculately kept. Full range of free weights, resistance machines, cardio machines - basically everything you need no matter what your fitness goals are. I have trained here myself for a couple of years and also take my clients for personal training here as I want nothing but the best for myself and my clients. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of 4 different gyms in Kilkenny and Dublin. By far this gym has the best equipment and atmosphere of any gym I’ve gone to. Owners and members very friendly and helpful to all gym users; first timers & experienced gym users. The owners are 2 professional strongmen willing to share their time and knowledge with all members. PT’s that operate with in the gym are the best in Kilkenny. Couldn’t t recommend highly enough. 10/10
