Fantastic experience: Joined the Factory here in Kilkenny last October and love going to each session! Matt is a great coach and always looking at your form to ensure completing movements correctly. Very welcoming and encouraging environment to train in where everyone knows your name! Always felt safe in relation to Covid 19.

Fantastic experience: Amazing functional fitness gym in Kilkenny. Matt it’s really helpful and friendly, and gives a really high level of personal coaching regardless of ability and tailored to your needs, and the variety in the training helps see real results. The Covid response was top class also with dedicated stations and equipment for everyone and the caps on class sizes put people at ease in a time of high stress. Also most importantly it is a really welcoming atmosphere for any new comers taking away any anxiety from walking in on your first day and making it easier to come back the next day!

Fantastic experience: I've been with The Factory gym for six months and it has been the best training I have done in years. I started with personal training during Covid, working out from home. Once the gym reopened, I went back first for 2 days per week and had to increase to 4 to 5 days because I was enjoying it so much. Matt really knows his stuff. The functional fitness element is brilliant and feel I am reaching and exceeding my goals. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Matt has the kindest approach to functional fitness at any level of fitness. I’m so glad to be moving more freely, I’m much happier in myself & it’s a sense of achievement when Matt pushes you enough to accomplish things you didn’t know you could do! The gym is so clean & really on top of covid measures. I’m also doing the nutrition with Sorcha & im feeling much better in myself than I was earlier in the year. Fantastic experience: I really enjoy training at this gym. Good location too just off Kilkenny ring road. My functional fitness has really improved. I would be quite unlikely to push myself half as hard without being in the gyms environment and atmosphere.‍♀️️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I am a member of the Factory Fitness and Nutrition in Kilkenny for the last three months now. From the first day I walked in the door it has been a very welcoming experience. Have been in a lot of gyms before and bar one other place they can be a very unsociable space…the Factory is a “ we care about you” place. Matt is a very knowledgeable coach who isn’t only interested in a clients goals but also in the person. The atmosphere is always a relaxing, encouraging, fun one to be in. The facilities are well spaced out which is great in these Covid times and the response to the virus is top notch. Plenty of hand sanitizer, cleaning after every class to the equipment, floors. Functional fitness is a great way to train as I personally gain the benefits…no lower back pain. Everyday tasks are made simpler without stiffness and soreness by training with the Factory’s methods. Nutrition is also looked at in the Factory and is key for my busy life schedule. Energy levels went to a place I never experienced before with the help of Sorcha…eating more without gaining weight and feeling, looking better. Both Matt and Sorcha are a constant with my goals…always there for the support. If it’s a 1 to 10 scale…The Factory is a 15!!

Equipment and programming is excellent. The workouts are brilliant, the atmosphere is great, musics blaring when the workout starts, an hour session flys by.

Fantastic experience: The first day i walked into the Factory i was greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome so straight away i was put at ease. I had being on my fitness journey for a while before i joined the factory but had come to a stage where the same excerise every day had got boring and i needed a new challange. I found the right place in the factory every day is something new no day is the same making excerise fun and exciting Matt is an excellent coach and makes sure he gives you the time to learn the technique and no matter how many times i asked matt to explain something to me he always did with ease. I was one of those people that would try anything to loose weight and the quicker the better which often involved not eating enough calories but after a chat with Sorcha she soon put a plan in place for me to help me with my nutrition i have never looked back i feel the healthiest i have being in years im eating plenty and enjoying excerise. I soon became part of the factory family and made some great friends. The best decision i have ever made for myself was to join the factory all you need to know about fitness and nutrition under one roof in a very safe environment

Fantastic experience: An incredible gym. Matt is so welcoming and professional from the minute you walk in the door for the first time. He makes sure you are taking the time to learn various techniques, always ensures you are performing each movement m properly and is so patient in guiding you through each workout. He always goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your progress, meeting your goals and motivates you to do the best you possibly can. It has a welcoming atmosphere, great coaches and your attitude is left at the door as this is a place for all individuals and all levels. Sorcha offers a service that does not tell you what to eat but encourages you to make your own decisions that will enhance your nutritional habits for life. Fantastic experience: Matt and Sorcha are class acts. The classes at The Factory are brilliant. Every aspect of the class is to the highest standard- the warm up is perfectly suited to the work out and taps into your own mobility and flexibility. It’s all about injury prevention and ensuring you’re fully prepped to get the most out of the session. The main work out itself is always challenging but immensely enjoyable. You always feel you’re getting better once you’re finished the workout. But most importantly, it’s always so enjoyable. That enjoyment factor is created by coach Matt.
