He offers a wide range of services at Davy Jones Fitness, from Gym Membership, Gym Coach group training classes to Personal Training sessions for you or small groups.

Our team of highly qualified trainers will put you through your gym program. Gym Coach includes monthly assessments (1st Friday of every month), advice and encouragement. Your workout takes 45/60 mins. All for the amazing price of €30 per week or €100 per month. You can choose how many days per week you want to train, we suggest 2/3 per week to start with.
