Negative experience: Big gym and loads of equipment but a few members think they own the gym , they have now removed all the equipment and put it down the back and restricted members at certain times because of HYROX training …disappointing shower and toilet area , went Sunday afternoon. 23/3 and in toilet cubicle toilet seat ripped off and left on floor and toilet was disgusting, showers look like they need a whole new revamp , the gate system would take the leg off u , it had a mind of its own , I think I’ll be taking my buisness elsewhere..

Positive experience: 3/4 stars ⭐️I enjoyed being a member for over a year and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. the gym floor is always clean but the standard of classes has definitely declined, they also put up the price without notifying anyone and have had a huge turnover in staff recently - I noticed they have lost a lot of good instructors. Hopefully they can rebuild.

Negative experience: Very rare the toilets have toilet roll the locker room never seems to be clean and the showers are disgusting

Fantastic experience: Class gym, new equipment, array of classes, PT’s and facilities that very few gyms offer. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Overall a very good gym, however equipment frequently breaks and it takes a long time to be repaired. In saying that a lot of work has gone on in recent weeks to repair equipment. The biggest issue I have is that they refuse to turn on the A/C, it’s a very warm building even in winter months and the heat in there makes working out quite uncomfortable at times.

Negative experience: Nice friendly staff, clean and hospitable vibes. Ridiculously expensive day pass pricing, disappointing facility, cheap unstable benches and equipment. Not suitable for moderate to heavy weight training. Also had to purchase liquid "chalk" which didn't function as chalk should. Not for the serious gym goer.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in kilkenny. Staff are super friendly, always ready to help. Gym is very big and has lots of different machines for any workout you want to do. Separate studios are also available for spin classes and other classes. Gym is also very clean. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: It really is a state of the art facility, the equipment is so easy to use, and really is the top notch. The team working there make it so easy for you to feel at home, providing you with all the help and support that you need. the personal training program that was developed for me was one that I felt comfortable using by myself, but also tough enough so a few weeks later I could really see the differences. The classes they offer are excellent, really putting you through your paces and making you feel fantastic afterwords. Looking forward to my next visit!
