Fantastic experience: Our son Josh joined for a month to use the gym while on holidays in Ballinskelligs. Excellent facilities in a great location. Pat was absolutely wonderful; very helpful & knowledgeable & gave us some great tips for places to visit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym facilities with great selection of equipment to cater for all levels from beginner’s to the more serious athlete. A real pleasure to train her in a clean airy environment with equipment, and free weights, set out in three separate rooms making for a good workout without feeling crowded. The gym supervisor Patrick is on hand to answer any questions and offer a warm friendly welcome. Training at it’s very best here on the beautiful Island of Valentia. A must for locals and tourists alike.
