Fantastic experience: Very clean and spotless club with gym and Pool area with steam room and sauna and Jacuzzi. Male dressing room very clean and spotless including toilet area. Staff are very helpful including Maria a very helpful on checking in. Have met other staff extremely friendly. Would recommend a visit but do stick to the rules especially for adults Time and family time. Check out their membership rates.

Positive experience: friendly staff. everything is fine. the only thing that doesn't suit me: it's very cold in the gym because the air conditioning is constantly on... although it's winter and the room is already cold... I can stand being there for 10 minutes maximum and then run to the sauna to warm up ‍ ‍♀️Is it possible not to make the room so cold?

Positive experience: Rust city- Thread mills clink and clank when adjusting speeds and incline pretty unsettling. Exercise machines weights thick with rust outdated equipment. Real lack of reinvestment shown into the gym worrying signs of business performance. The place needs a power wash with WD40 and would still need new equipment Want that 2005 hotel gym experience you wouldn’t be far off *Edit update 2025 now whites updating to 3 staff have been great machine faults still relevant

Positive experience: I haven't been here since June. And my opinion has changed. There are no water cups. I usually take my bottle with me, but I forgot. I asked if I could have a glass, please. The guy said we don't have it, but you can buy a bottle. No, thanks. I was a member of the club, but went on vacation, I expected to pay as a member of the club, but they took the fee as a non-member of the club. I will think about whether I will come back or not.

Positive experience: I give 3 stars only because your pool and steam room is good to use. Jakuzi is always cold :/ , and sauna is done for elderly persons only, i say so because it doesnt have enough heat :/ Gym could have a bit more equipment to use. Staff is mostly friendly (depends on who's working).

Negative experience: Very disappointing…tried all evening to make contact and left a message for a call back to book afternoon tea for the following afternoon…gave up and called first thing in the morning…a straightforward NO cos it needs to be booked the previous day …how do I do that when nobody answers the phone…so frustrating …I even tried reservations and couldn’t get anyone so you are losing custom big time I reckon…not good enough Whites
