It offers super small group personalised strength training - first class technical encouraging expert support from the coaches Andy, Jack and Ryan , excellent clean state of the art equipment and a friendly warm-welcoming and positive atmosphere ! Fantastic experience: I joined Urban gym in June 2020 after the first lockdown restrictions relaxed and I have to say I’ve never been to a gym like it before. The attention to detail on sanitation and social distance made me feel so comfortable getting back out to normality. Andy and Marina have really gone out of their way to make it a friendly and supportive place for all members to truly blossom. When you walk in that door you realise it’s not all about the numbers you lift or calories you burn it’s about feeling your best and being happy within your own skin. Andy along with Aoife is always moving forward with classes pushing us to be the best we can be encouraging us to step outside our comfort zones and just excel at being ourselves. Other gyms will always try and replicate the classes and the social banter but the time and energy Andy and Marina put into this place will not be equalled anywhere near or far. Truly industry leaders. Best decision I ever made was to join Urban Gym.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about joining a gym class, but from the very 1st day I was made feel welcome by Andy and by all the other members. I struggled a bit for the 1st few weeks as I hadn't excercised for years before joining, but after only 1 or 2 months, I was feeling fitter and feeling healthier, and found myself really missing the classes on my rest days. There's a real family feel about Urban Gym.

Fantastic experience: Andy is an amazing coach, he really is passionate about what he does and always has a positive attitude no matter what time of day! He has taken Covid restrictions very seriously with social distancing, plenty of sanitiser and measure are in place to ensure each station is wiped down after use.
