Fantastic experience: I have no words to describe the experience going to this gym. I felt this place like my second home since the first day, very familiar and professional at the same time. They put a lot of effort in every detail and make you feel comfortable as well. Very clean and respectful, a huge variety of machines and adapted to all type of people. Does not matter your goals, age, disability or the country where you come from, there is space for you and your needs. THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: I had a sports massage this evening with James for an injury I've had for past couple of weeks and couldnt get any relief from no matter what i did, he explained everything so clearly and done a fantastic job, by the end of it i felt so much relief for the 1st time, I would highly recommend him, hes great at what he does, thanks james

Fantastic experience: As trainer of a local Gaa team we decided to use Farrell Fitness to assist us during pre-season. We had large numbers so we needed somewhere that would be able to facilitate us and Farrell Fitness certainly ticked this box. Each night Robbie and the lads were extremely organised and had everything in the gym set up and ready to go. Despite our large numbers no individual was left feeling unsure of what they should be doing as all exercises were clearly explained beforehand and if anyone was lifting using poor form/technique they were pulled aside and clearly shown how it should be done. The music,trainers,players and well equipped gym combined to make it a very enjoyable experience for all involved. Thanks for having us Robbie

Fantastic experience: I got a day pass to Farrell Fitness today and it was one of the best gym experiences I’ve ever had. Eoghan was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The gym itself has a fantastic range of equipment, the space is large and airy and the members had a great gym etiquette. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had the fortune to call in here randomly for a workout a few months ago. I was so impressed by the set up and service, afterwards I purchased the membership there and then. Since then my fitness goals have surpassed anything I expected. Robbie and the team have an absolute state of the art facility that’s constantly growing, a great environment for people of all abilities and friendly service and advice. It’s hands down easily the best gym I’ve ever been part of, at home or abroad. Would recommend to any experienced gym user or someone thinking of starting out, to give Farrell Fitness a try. It’s a real gem and a testament to Robbie’s hard work and dedication! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Fantastic experience: From the min I put my foot in farrell fitness, I felt so welcome. From all the staff nd more importantly From other gym members. The equipment is to the highest level, its always spotless nd there is always plenty of room. The classes are unreal from all coaches but can have a laugh in them to. Coming with an wrist injury, they all adjusted to different exercises for me if I couldn't do a particular one. Which was so helpful nd doing much more now than I ever thought I would. Best decision I ever made joining this gym. Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: Top gym facility in the south east. Excellent professional and friendly staff, that go out of their way to ensure you get the best workout possible. Equipment is all band new and state of the art. Great atmosphere when working out which makes it really fun. They've just added a new golf simulator which is the best that money can buy and if you're into golf like me give you all the information and more that you need to improve not to mention the hours of fun you can have trying different things out! The open gym and classes are capped to ensure there's no overcrowding and you never have to wait on equipment, this is a huge bonus for me as I personally don't have a huge amount of time to get a workout in. If your looking for a new gym or just trying to get started I would highly recommend Farrell Fitness!

I’ve been attending Farrells fitness now for last few months and every class has so much energy and no matter what level or injury you may have they adapt the class to suit your needs and abilities . I especially like the weekend classes , great to be able to work out on a Sunday even :)
